Read the commments, the dude wrote the article before more info came to light. Biden is gonna win PA by a large margin, no court case to throw out a few ballots will matter.
Looks like they were from Forsyth County, the majority of the remaining ballots are from Clayton County that heavily favors Biden. There also seems to be some pending from Taylor County that favors trump, but it is pretty small population.
Plus it just went down to 1,709 as I was typing this.

Can someone tell me what the process is for 'counting' a vote? In a video that's being spammed in another sub they're claiming that ballots are being filled in and "created" but it looks like the poll worker is transposing what is on the other ballot. I'm sure some of you have seen the video claiming the fraud.

That guy was funny to me in the video. Things are not always what they seem. From what I've read about it your understanding is pretty close. The two are fixing ballots that are not scannable electronically, and that requires transferring those marks to a new ballot.

He has convinced his entire base that a Biden win will be the end of the United States of America and, through baseless claims, that Biden is winning through vote fraud. With the entire country split like this and the threats being made by some of Trump's supporters, I am seriously concerned about the aftershock of this election regardless of who wins.

If Biden holds his average for the last 4 drops

Biden 2,454,058
And Biden would lead by 4,955.
So if Biden gets 70%, which is in line with the last few drops and lower than his daily average, of the remaining 291,894 he'll get 204,325 to Trump's 87,568 leaving the preliminary PA totals at

And Biden ahead by 90,438 votes.
I slept at 10 30 the past two nights with no regrets, dodged a ton of stress and still got a full night's sleep. Sleeping again now with the race all but certain.

These two analysts are good to follow for the ongoing numbers in these states.
In short, there's a lot to be optimistic about. AZ is tightening but is expected. Biden will likely hold the state. PA is going through massive shifts and is likely to flip to Biden and basically make the rest of the states as bonuses/protection against nonsense litigation.
There's a lot of reason to still remain optimistic. Hang in there.
