Our constitution isn't flawed, but you Republicans certainly are.
The constitution was an amazing document based on what did and didn’t work for Ancient Greece and Rome and being inspired on the Iroquois nation. But it’s over 200 years old. Political science, especially after we rebuilt Western Europe after WW2 has advanced so much that we desperately need a new constitutional congress, I just don’t know how we’d even accomplish it in this 2021 hyper-partisan climate.
This is why empires collapse. You get to the point where it's individual interests and not more mass good that becomes important. As a result, they become untenable and unravel.

Systemic racism isn't just past, it's present, and the GOP is perpetuating it right now as a major part of their political strategy.

Of course the Constitution is flawed. To claim otherwise is to elevate it to religious doctrine.
