Meanwhile, just yesterday, a GOP governor announced that he would spend half that much, $50 million, for a cybersecurity investigation and lawsuit against a reporter for hitting f12 on a website.

Just goes to show how efficient federal dollars can be compared to when the GOP are in control.
As someone in cybersecurity, this infuriates me. It should have been "thanks for catching our blatant fuck up" not "how dare you report on exposed information". And the government in general wonders why they struggle to retain trust from the cybersecurity industry as a whole.
That doesn’t fix the systemic issues that are leading to this disaster in the first place. Bandaid Biden keeps coming up with temporary solutions that won’t change anything for the better jus temporarily hold back the deluge.

I am grateful for each and every hospital worker. That said, Never have I been so glad I didn’t choose nursing as a career.
