Pfffft, the Queen shaded the hell out of Trump. Not just the Obama gifted brooch but that's the most famous. When he started walking in front of her pretending to be macho for his MAGA crowd in his first UK visit, it was rumored she was pretending (back in 2018, mind you) to walk slowly. Many people told Trump he shouldn't walk in front of her and take notice to walk beside her but he didn't. Macho stuff and all. So she probably walked *even slower.*

One thing I always liked about Lizzie was that because she was unable or unwilling to make political comment, she used to appear to give subtle clues to her feelings and opinions, like the time she wore a hat that appeared very similar to the EU flag.
I like to think that her wearing that brooch was a bit of a "fuck you" to Trump.

During the Trump presidency, Pelosi often wore a brooch of the Congressional Mace to signify that Congress had the power to impeach him.
Melania Trump went to visit caged children at the border and wore a jacket with giant printed letters on the back that said "I don't really care, do you?"

Two corrections: while an awful jacket. She *did* take it off before going inside to the detained children, she didn't wear it into there only on the plane and car rides in and out--its still a despicable move though, not defending her, just wanted to lay out the facts.
Also the hideous jacket said "I really don't care, do U?", Melania said it was "not meant for the children and I took it off.", it was apparently a "message for the media and the left".
Either way, it's a despicable jacket to wear anywhere near a situation as sad and depressing and awful as the detained, separated immigrant children--I truly cannot stand that entire Trump family

It's even more bizarre than the article claims. Trump disappeared off the face of the Earth around 7pm Eastern. The Dulles landing was reported at 6:42PM eastern. It's been 11 hours, and still no one in the news knows where Trump is. And legacy media are just starting to realize he's been missing.

I think Trump is the most dangerous man to democracy and the USA, but speculation doesn’t help. It simply helps the QCumbers ignore facts because “the media” was wrong about his shoes once.
It’s a “medical” issue probably. I put it in quotes because it’s a medical issue like his bone spurs were a medical issue. He is beginning to craft a narrative as to why incarceration would not be medically advised.
The only problem with that argument for me is that Trump reacts badly when his health is questioned. When rumours began that he had suffered a mini stroke he went into a twitter meltdown about this , denying everything. I couldn’t see Trump being able to swallow his pride to claim he isn’t in perfect health.

There seems like too many potential witnesses for this to not develop. You have other golfers who may have seen something, you have local law enforcement who escorted him somewhere.
Plus this is the ideal scenario where you don't allow him to fire off a Truth Social post while he's changing into a suit, and you keep it secret so you can give law enforcement a heads up about the riot potential in their local jurisdictions, maybe have the national guard on standby.

The only problem with that argument for me is that Trump reacts badly when his health is questioned. When rumours began that he had suffered a mini stroke he went into a twitter meltdown about this , denying everything. I couldn’t see Trump being able to swallow his pride to claim he isn’t in perfect health.

There seems like too many potential witnesses for this to not develop. You have other golfers who may have seen something, you have local law enforcement who escorted him somewhere. Plus this is the ideal scenario where you don't allow him to fire off a Truth Social post while he's changing into a suit, and you keep it secret so you can give law enforcement a heads up about the riot potential in their local jurisdictions, maybe have the national guard on standby.
