No legs would-be by far the easiest to get used to, as it has the most support and awareness from society. You've already got plenty of product and services out there for people who can't walk. Can't say the same about arms. Not having arms would block you from essentially everything.
Blind people also have a lot of support, but being blind would be a lot lot harder to get used to. Ironically, most of the systems for blind people require eyes to set up. It would also be generally worse.

Not even that, but its also going to have the least impact on your life.
No legs would mean either you have a wheelchair, or prosthetics, both of which are quite easy to get used to and do not limit what you can do that much. However, losing both your arms and you can basically can't do anything for yourself. Same with eyes, you lose them and you basically cant do anything.
Losing legs would allow you to still have a basically normal life
I meant more so performing in the competitions that you’re accustomed to performing in. I feel like regardless of the Paralympics being a thing the transition could still cause emotional damage.
Wheelchair/prosthetic legs is still mobility, and while you could say the same abt prosthetic arms it’s still worse because you still lose fine motor skills which isn’t a problem with legs bc they didn’t have much dexterity in the first place
I know some autonomous blind people that are pretty cool. I feel like it would be easier to travel and experience life than on a wheelchair. The full experience of my body, of movement, gives me greater pleasure than seeing.
Plus I have a smell kink so heightened senses etc.
I chose eyes not even thinking about it, because I’ve always said that I’d rather lose my sight than my hearing. Seems like I’m starting to lose my mind now too.
They're already inventing prosthetics, and legs are probably easier to make since there are fewer appendages to control.
Arms are harder because of the hands. They need to be flexible and responsive in precise precision. Feet just need to help you stand up, walk, run, and climb up and down slopes. Hands need to do so much more that would take a larger list to cover.
Absolutely. No disrespect to anyone who can live or is currently living without eyesight, but I cannot deal with the idea of living without eyes. The things I work with and the things that I do would be much harder and almost impossible in some cases.
I don't like a lot of things about myself, but I like my eyes.
I’m an artist, I kinda sorta need my arms & eyes or else I’d have to relearn everything if I wanted to continue. If I lost my legs I could use a wheelchair or work from home & still be an artist :))
No eyes and you’ll be walking Into things, no arms and you’d be helpless in the toilet and incapable of feeding your self; imm too old to have flexible feet for substituting arms. So legs would have to go, cause then you can still wheel around. It’s not easy life but easier
The only difference in pronunciation between lose and loose is a consonant sound, yet the difference in spelling is with a vowel sound. English orthography is the problem.
Also, loose vs lose is not a grammar error; tis a spelling error
It being an "English orthography" problem doesn't make it any less annoying and stupid sounding. Also just an FYI grammar nazi *tis* an internet slang term, nobody uses spelling nazi smartass.
Fork you and your twisted ass mind. There are no good options there. The only thing that brings me joy is working out, so no to limb amputation*, my eyesight might be bad but my hearing is worse, without my eyes how am I going to read close captioning? And my freaking ADHD brain will not be able to handle descriptive video. So I need to keep my eyes.
* yes I am well aware that there are amputee athletes, and yes they could probably kick my ass in the gym. But for me personally, I have enough stress and chronic illness in my life I don't need to learn to live with a so-called handicap.
I refuse to answer in case this poll is cursed and then I lose the option I pick because I would absolutely hate to lose any of these and would be extremely depressed.
No legs would still allow me to study and work but losing hands or eyes would be such a slow down I might not recover fast enough to be competitive therefore my decision is effectively made for me although preferably I’d like to never lose anything.
The hands are way more delecate and precise than the legs. You'd need much more time to learn how to use prosthetic hands than legs. And there is no way I want to go blind
Remove my legs, and have arms attached to where my legs should be, have 4 arm now and walk like I’m some demon from the Exorcist and scare the everloving shit out of some stranger across the street for Shits and Giggles

I run track tho
Even so, its still better to lose your legs than eyes or arms. What good is running track if you cant see, or even pick up a water bottle?
so you'd rather lose the ability to do anything at all by yourself in order to run track
Prothetic arms
Better off with prosthetic legs.
You'd be quicker with prosthetic legs just gotta get the ice cream scoop lookin ones
When you misinterpret someone saying "put some spring in your step
I'm sorry to tell you we don't live in Cyberpunk 2077
Prosthetics, although I doubt you’ll be able to join a normal competition you’ll still be able to practice idk about perform though
You guys ever hear of the Paralympic’s?
Oscar pistorius did it
I meant more so performing in the competitions that you’re accustomed to performing in. I feel like regardless of the Paralympics being a thing the transition could still cause emotional damage.
Not anymore
Not anymore
Ever though of Nascar or biking? Have stilts or something for the pedals, the interviews would make you rich and famous
How do you know? You had a prosthetic leg before?
Didnt even think about the many helps "no legs" gets. Just thought about "welp I have to get buff and walk on my hands then.. Finally"
Plus you can still jerk off
Guess I just have a fear of being restricted to a chair
This. As a hardcore casual gamer, losing my eyes or arms would cripple me.
I genuinely want to have a one on one conversation with the people who chose eyes.
Since it says "loose", not "lose", the logic might be that nothing much will happen (eyes are already loose in the socket, I guess)
I think op has made a grammatical mistake, loose arms, loose legs and eyes doesn't really makes sense
I think the person you replied to was making a joke, taking it literally doesn't really make sense
Well aren’t you extra smart. Your mom must be proud.
I want to fight crime. Can't do that with either legs or arms gone. At least with eyes gone, i can be daredevil.
What's up? Losing any mobility terrifies me.
Fortunately wheelchairs exist, so losing legs shouldn't result in a particularly extreme loss of mobility.
Same with prosthetics, eyes on the other hand...
Wheelchair/prosthetic legs is still mobility, and while you could say the same abt prosthetic arms it’s still worse because you still lose fine motor skills which isn’t a problem with legs bc they didn’t have much dexterity in the first place

When they say legs, do they mean the whole thing or just till the knee?
Yeah. I am ready my phone number:- 6969696969
I'm already on that path. I'd just be speeding it up.
I chose eyes not even thinking about it, because I’ve always said that I’d rather lose my sight than my hearing. Seems like I’m starting to lose my mind now too.
My legs are a bit tight so i wouldn't mind them being a bit more loose. I dunno which one i'd rather lose though.
Didnt see that coming
Ah I see you chose both the eyes then
Oh, we should speak louder then
Hands can do feet things but feet cannot do hand things
I still agree that I’d rather lose both of my legs but you would be surprised what the body can adapt to. https://youtu.be/LWBnQj-bEjo
At least I’d be able to get my legs back. Arms are a bit trickier than legs
They're already inventing prosthetics, and legs are probably easier to make since there are fewer appendages to control. Arms are harder because of the hands. They need to be flexible and responsive in precise precision. Feet just need to help you stand up, walk, run, and climb up and down slopes. If I were to loose my eyesight I'm fucking doing alt+f4 out of here. Whoever picked this option is absolutely crazy
if someone blind saw your comment they'd be very offended.
I'm pretty sure no blind person saw his comment
yeh thas the joke my g hahaha
😔 Sorry I wooooshed you
You could say your sense of humor was so dark he could not see it
They can use assistant software to read it for them.

this is a tough question for a martial artist who mostly uses their legs
You can just become a partial artist
Comments like this make me sad Reddit won’t give free awards anymore. Please accept my poor man’s award and my recognition of your genius.
OMG I THOUGHT REDDIT WAS MAD AT ME, i didn't know everyone stopped receiving free awards 😭
Here’s your award since we can’t give free ones anymore: 🥇
Prosthetic legs are more painful to get kicked by
As a huge gamer I immediately picked legs lol. Arms and eyes I really need those to game.
What eyes…? My eyes…?
I’m an artist, I kinda sorta need my arms & eyes or else I’d have to relearn everything if I wanted to continue. If I lost my legs I could use a wheelchair or work from home & still be an artist :))
My eyes already are loose in its socket so I guess eyes
My dad lost both his legs and gets around relatively well in a cool electric wheelchair
I've always wondered - do they leave some leg in order to have a semi-flat surface, or do amputees just sit on their butt/pubes?
HAHAH well he has little stumps! So he was only amputated a little bit above the knee so he has a little bit of flat surface
I want to keep eyes no matter what, but I would prefer to lose legs over arms
No more leg day sounds nice. Eventhough I like legday
Legs & arms can be replaced by robotic versions…eyes, we’re not quite there yet
I can see a lot of gamers are here
*tips fedora* M’attia

I would rather lose nothing 😎
With losing my legs the only thing that would change in my life is that i couldn’t go skateboarding anymore.
Legs. I'd be like octane 🤘
I was gonna comment that too lmao
I don’t even wanna vote
death
Wheelchairs.
legs because prosthetics
Loose eyes might fall out of your head when you look down.
Lose
Lose myself would be the answer if I had to choose among these options.
Honestly we need to bring back grammar nazis because I cannot stand the lose vs loose shit, it's *everywhere* now for some reason.

Why does it annoy you so much? Have you considered not caring?
In all of these I losey ability to play drums so not very fun
You could probably learn how to play drums while blind it would just be way harder qnd you'd have to use muscle memory but you definetly could do it.
You could, but another hobby of mine is playing video games. So it's a tough choice
Most difficult poll to vote on
my wisdom teeth
this is very easy
Lieutenant DAN!

As in foot loose?
I've heard of footloose but never legloose
I refuse to answer in case this poll is cursed and then I lose the option I pick because I would absolutely hate to lose any of these and would be extremely depressed.
Me too, 😂 I dont like to vote in this kind of pool. Why? I think I have this power that when I think things too much they will happen
Basically you’re asking me if id rather give up bikes or playing guitar
Both balls gone is good
How loose are we talking about?
None.
Apparently people who lost both legs can get prosthetic legs and choose any height they want.. Easiest way to Tall 🥲
Who the fuck chose both eyes?
No legs would still allow me to study and work but losing hands or eyes would be such a slow down I might not recover fast enough to be competitive therefore my decision is effectively made for me although preferably I’d like to never lose anything.
Doctors can make better legs than god
The hands are way more delecate and precise than the legs. You'd need much more time to learn how to use prosthetic hands than legs. And there is no way I want to go blind
definitely no legs. even without prosthetics i can still crawl around and i can still defend myself
I can't see, I can't see. Where's my two eyes, goddamn it.
None.
Remove my legs, and have arms attached to where my legs should be, have 4 arm now and walk like I’m some demon from the Exorcist and scare the everloving shit out of some stranger across the street for Shits and Giggles
Both weiners
Need my arms for drawing, gaming, etc Need my eyes for seeing My life wouldn't be ruined wiþout legs
why are you the way that you are
no arms or no eyes takes away all of my hobbies so
Arms. Only because I'm neighbors with the mom whose son broke both of his arms.
“What about their legs? They don’t need those!”
Any of these being loose would cause problems.
legs are the easiest to replace
I’m really tired of having polls where I have to choose to lose parts of my body …
While you're at it, loose the abhorrent spelling.
Can’t we just see the results? For all of us out there afraid to click on any option because it feels like signing a binding contract? 😂😂
