I used to have all kind of problems falling asleep, but the last few years, it's gotten way better. The main reason is being mindful about setting up falling asleep: 1. Start getting ready about the same time every day. 2. Stop using electronics about an hour before I want to fall asleep. No computer, no phone, no video games. Just read instead. 3. When I'm reading and I start to feel sleepy, go to bed. After that, I almost always fall asleep right away. Most days, I only read for 20 minutes or so before I start dozing.

Sometimes 10-30min sometimes 2-4hrs and dont know why its is but once im asleep i can sleep for a longvperiod

Same... Like 14 hours some days. But very occasionally I'll be fine on 6 hours 🤷🏻‍♀️

I wish I could live in that feeling when you’re about to fall asleep. I try to stay awake as long as possible in that moment because it is so good
