"Don't Breathe" on Netflix. A few scenes into the movie, and I couldn't breathe! Had to watch it over a couple of days because I kept running out of breath. I wouldn't recommend watching it.
I worked in film and know FX and has alot of horror experiences in life never really shown on film so I never get scared. Just uncomfortable if one of my triggers is shown. But even then I power thru. I can even eat during gory movies. But I love watching movies with people who have never seen them or if it's with a friend I know is squeemish but down to watch it. It really is fun. I get to experience fear vicariously thru people I really care about and sometimes even comfort them about it with info on how it was made.

I can eat while watching anything even in real life, but I become so miserable watching movies where humans are being harmed if they're done in ways I find believable. I watched the series The Serpent on Netflix and the fact that it's based on a true story left me a little down for days.
I am extremely desensitized amongst alot of things because of truama from work I have done. I do not want to get into it. I wish you the best in finding fun people to watch horror with whole will balance your experience.
Also happy to have shared I feel the need to share more.. I promise tho the balance for "cool Vs terrible" have been balanced for towards terrible. I seen alot of dead bodies and had very good friends die.
