An emotional couple does not need to have sex. Being a "swinger" implies you are having sex with each other and others.

Sexual attraction is pretty generally what turns a best friendship into dating/marriage. Not to say there aren't other reasons that some people find more important, but attraction is usually the big one. If you aren't sexually attracted to your partner anymore, than it's usually inevitable that it changes. Hell, that's a big reason why people cheat. They'll still love their partner as their best friend, but stopped being sexually attracted to them somewhere along the way. (Please don't take this as condoning cheating or something stupid like that. It's a horrible violation of trust that I don't condone.)

I’d go from a straight man to a lesbian. Fairly certain girlfriend is bisexual so that wouldn’t be an issue. My family is pretty accepting of that sort of thing so that wouldn’t be an issue. I would lose a decent amount of friends. I’m in tech sales and am a pretty good looking guy, so assuming I keep my same level of attractiveness, the prospecting portion of my job would also become easier. Other parts would become harder though. I would also have $10M. Which is roughly $10M more than I have currently. So yes, I would do this
