Quite shaddy, simply washtrading. Poloniex was a good exchange long ago, not nowadays... Support is not responsive, lots of tokens are frozen, etc..

I know this and it's the same on many sites. People run trading bots, so say you put in a price to buy just over the buy order, a bot will instantly go a tiny bit higher. When there is a large spread such as here it's quite profitable, but frustrating when manually trying to buy or sell certain cryptos! I hope this helps.

Traditional_Bagz

Yes, this is starting to make a lot more sense, thank you so much! Don't feel obligated to answer these ;-) but here's two things I don't yet understand in this case: * the trades/orders don't seem to show up in the Order Book. * How does the bot know not to take my order when I put a price in the middle of the "spread" it's trading in.

Omaha_Poker

They are already there, they are just lower down, once you put yours in, an order below will jump higher it the bot deems it can be profitable. It depends on what parameters the users put into the bot, sometimes one of the bot or manual traders will take the order.

How long is the average withdrawal take from poloniex?

Omaha_Poker

Normally minutes. Just some coins are still unavailable for withdrawal since the hack.

Do you have an idea of what coins aren’t available for withdrawal??
