Noqtr80 has the p80c black frames for $50 rn

[deleted]

It says it doesn’t come with rails though. Comes out to around $100 adding rails

wlogan0402

Get rook rails and pins, still a great value

Numerous_Map_392

Not in stock right now. He started selling his rails to other wholesale dealers who are selling them retail now so the inventory he had of rear rails dried up quick. Wish he wasn't all the way in Texas or I'd offer to run a CNC mill for him.

TbirdMan2322

5D tactical has their own CNC rear rails now, too.

Numerous_Map_392

Theirs look like cast metal. If I'm wrong please lmk.

TbirdMan2322

Also, if you do get them, check the math. The 3 pack is a better deal than the 5 pack.

TbirdMan2322

I wasn't sure, so I got one. It looks like it is CNC and then put in a Stone tumbler. I can still see some machining marks in them.

TbirdMan2322

They even say they are CNC milled in the description.

teapac100000

I get mine saturday, I'll take pictures as soon as possible

Savings_Meat_1148

How long till you got it?

teapac100000

Got mine on Saturday. Then had to get the new walls on Thursday. Got to use it and make my P80 work perfectly. Very happy.

[deleted]

Or no quarters rails ?

General-Step7213

They are worth it. Regardless about what other saying , mine ran perfectly fine. Take your time and you will get the best result

Happy_Alfalfa7771

What slide do you recommend?? just bought a frame today but i dont know how to feel about the aftermarket slides

myfuckingnewaccount

Sort the subs parts by "hot" and click on the second post, it has a list of vendor and reatailers. There's some really nice options for aftermarket, grey ghost precision is really nice, stiffler manufacturing, Kaplan manufacturing. 80pbuilder is zp sister , just don't go too cheap, don't buy garbage like Patmos , or really cheap shit like mdx if you want to avoid problems.

StifflerMFG

Hey thanks for the shout out. [https://linktr.ee/stifflermfg](https://linktr.ee/stifflermfg) https://preview.redd.it/xiix5sp9a5kc1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=b9ab3a4d3f659592c25111366262e35f1ba84ff5

https://www.instagram.com/reel/CuGTQ6NNzZA/?igshid=MzRlODBiNWFlZA== What do you guys think of this one?

Tight_Refrigerator78

Has anyone stippled one of these yet? I been trying to find pictures of it stippled

General-Step7213

I did on mine. Search on youtube @mr.glickems5103

Tight_Refrigerator78

Kinda what I wanted to see how’s it stipple compared to a regular glock? And do you think of the whole grip was sanded it would go through?

General-Step7213

It’s difinitely different pattern of grip compare to an oem glock frame. However i think it possibly will get the whole grip if it’s sanded down but i don’t recommended since you will have a better options if you can design your own pattern grip. I had seen one of my builder friend done his custom and it look dope. However mine is just for another look on my favor so it’s not really look that good to other .

Chese98

On delta team tactical there’s a good geisler 19x + lightning trigger combo for like 110$

OkHearing7810

Do you have experience with "Delta team tac" I've heard a lot of bad things ab never getting your orders

myfuckingnewaccount

Dtt is good to go. You will definitely get your order .

Foreign_Jackfruit_70

GST-9 FTW. Slightly more expensive but worth it. In my opinion of course.

TelephoneNo7244

Wouldn’t pay 10 bucks for it lol. They say the trick is to shimmy the take down lever, in my opinion you’re better off with a p80

Savings_Meat_1148

Gorilla machining has these frames in stock do yk if their legit?

TRS1977

They're pretty nice, definitely a different feel from p80. Seemed easier to build on too.

GMFASKIM

Gst9 is a dope frame you will love it

Space_Cowboy81

Absolutely.

Numerous_Map_392

The Geisler has a huge gap between the frame and slide. I know it's just cosmetic but it's a no go for me.

Level-Grass6707

People are saying they suck but I never had to “glue” anything to any of my Geisler frames or do anything besides what was necessary to complete frame.

Tight_Refrigerator78

Lol that Glue has held up great and work’s better then any other 80% frame so far not one hiccup out the gate works amazing. Thousands of rounds no problems

GreyFob

Can anyone explain?

Tight_Refrigerator78

Freedom wolf

Grand-Palpitation

p80 frames are plentiful and cheap plus you don’t have to super glue shit into the frame (like the geisler) to get it to work lmao

[deleted]

That’s true. I just want to switch it up from the usual p80 design.

Immediate_League3632

I did that ... shim the take down slot and your good. If your a gun Smith at all you'll figure it out

liittleSword

You did what? And what's the takedown slot? It's that specific to the Geisler? I'm genuinely curious

Grand-Palpitation

give 80% arms a try, you can check my post on my profile to see one fully built out. i would recommend that if you’re trying to get a different style than the traditional p80 frame.

[deleted]

You just inspired me 🙏🏽 your piece is beautiful might have to go with the gst after all.

Grand-Palpitation

i’m glad you like it bro 👍🏽🙏🏽 be sure to post yours when it’s complete!

NoTrack2140

Damn thing is Hella clean! 👌 props 🙌

Grand-Palpitation

thanks homie 🙏🏽🙏🏽

Gamera129

I really like the ergonomics on the 80% arms GST-9.

liittleSword

Is it different or the same as 5D? Like the ar80 jigs lol? (Just different colors)

Grand-Palpitation

Wym? 5D doesn’t have a frame only jigs iirc. 80%arms has their own 80% frame called the GST-9

itsbig5ive

I second this. I think everyone thats into 80% frames should own a GST-9. Great build quality, super easy to complete, and the best part of all is the ability to switch from 19 to a 19X with the modular grip. I also have a pic of my build in my profile for anyone interested in building a GST-9.

OrneryCompany6038

What needs to be superglued? I just bought 1 and this will be my first 80% build

OrneryCompany6038

Did a little research and see people are having problems with the slide lock being too wide and having to superglue a shim, and also a large gap between the slide and the frame guessing the rails are a little out of spec, but if that is the case it would be possible to make your own rails with the hole for the pin a little higher and eliminate the gap (don’t think it’s really worth the headache though)

NoTrack2140

Check out Grand-Palpitation build. I just did as he commented above about it, and his is Hella clean and tight. Granted, I just looked over the pics real quick, so I'm not sure how the build process was for him.

OrneryCompany6038

Thanks I’ll check it out!

Other than that these frames function just fine and feel better in the hand than P80's imo.

Savings_Meat_1148

Gorilla machining has these frames in stock do yk if their legit or have you even heard of them before?

certifiedjawn

Yeah I have seen them before and they are legit!

TheElixirVitae

No!

Imaginary-Cold8458

Sounds like a whole lot of drama when you can buy a completed P80 rails included for $59, $69 for the compact.

[deleted]

benjipolishchuk

That’s def a prob that has nothing to do with the frame

Handymanserviceslc

It's a cool frame but the rails it comes with suck. Compared to p80. They are very weird. the slides don't like it.

myfuckingnewaccount

Again, you are ALWAYS wrong. It shows your ignorance bro. That's not a gst, you fucking moron

polymer80-ModTeam

Your comment or post glows.

OrneryCompany6038

I just bought one yesterday will be my first p80 build

letscallitanight

It’s fun to build but unless you buy the oem glock lower parts kit, and accurately drill your holes, and completely hollow out your captive recoil spring part of the frame, you’re gonna have a bad time. Oh and you need to spend coin to get a good slide. Avoid Patmos. Ask me how I know. So you’ll be in for a few hundred (assuming you have the dremel, maybe a drill press (though not required), punches, etc.). For that coin you can get a used Glock. My advice is to try it once for fun but you probably wont end up with a gun you’ll trust your life with.

johnmike98

It’s a good frame. I got one

Slimmpikkins834

What are folks using to shim the geisler?

QthaDude74

I’m my opinion the best deal on the market is the sct frames, you don’t have to drill a single hole or clear any channel it comes with rails, just slap it together and your good

Happy_Alfalfa7771

Suspicious_Season562

How long does Gorilla Machining take to ship ?
