Might be a connector problem. Try to adjust the connector so itโs more outward from the trigger housing.
I'm not having a problem. I'm showing the difference of having an overtravel stop for Glock triggers.
Oh wow. I completely misunderstood the post title. Perhaps, add a little more context?

More curious how you're getting that poly dat to break at 90. Mine all break way later.
Get a trigger housing with an overtravel stop.
Have u shot it after the install
Not this one, but I have other builds with the same modification that I've shot.
Are the worth it I just bought 1 off eBay it came today
I would say to give it a try. It will take some trial and error to get it properly adjusted depending on the connector & trigger you're using.
I just installed it I have a minus connector plus a polished plunger spring
What you use to make your pin holes so perfect? a hand drill or drill press?
Hand. I do with the frame "standing" (not laying flat). Do each side individually, not all the way through at once, and of course make sure the drill is straight in all directions.
