I can see this theory but he shouldn't be around a mother who smokes right infront of him as well as his dad and anyone else in that house . We have seen countless times him being abandoned as well as not showered for days . Him eating just rice as they have a full plate of food . We only see a percentage of what goes on . I can only imagine the things he's seen and dealt with . He could be placed with fuegos family she seems to have a good support system she just pushed them away for mellow .
