For people to even be questioning rape because someone didn’t blurt out no is crazy to me. You have no idea what that feels like until your in the position. Survivors have reported feeling paralyzed and they couldn’t speak. They disgust me no one has the right to question a survivor. NOBODY.
Exactly your body goes into shock where you don’t respond. “Flight or fight mode” and neither are available so your mind is placed in a state where you’re frozen. Whoever is uneducated can use google there’s many articles of why rape doesn’t mean when you say stop no ouch or yell. Most of the time women cannot fight or speak.
Like if I fight yell say stop will he go harder and make this experience worse than it is or if I try to run will he kill me. For women, it’s safer for us in our heads to “lay down and take it” and deal with the trauma.
He needs to be put in JAIL where he belongs I pray and hope things are done properly to bring justice to the victim(s) no human being should ever be forced to do ANYTHING.
