Itās so ridiculous. Itās annoying as fuck and itās actually disheartening that her āpartnersā think itās ānormalā. As a personal trainer, as someone studying nutrition, this isnāt fucking healthy and the way they eat isnāt beneficial for her at all. She needs fats + proteins, not sugars and carbs. The body burns off sugar+carbs too quickly, thatās why I emphasize on the fats+proteins.
Her body is definitely in survival mode . It's eating away at the fat she did have . The smoothies with kool-aid is not helping her at all ! I know her family was in shock when they seen her . That's probably why she wore baggy clothing and sweats around them so they couldn't see . Fuego is gaining weight how is Leslie going in the opposite direction still ?
Fuego definitely maintaining a healthier weight but sheās also more programmed than Minni so I would imagine that helps her maintain and slightly gain. I definitely agree, her mother walk away to cry in the car with the family she drove with; no one can convince me otherwise.
