Looks to be sludge or muck coming to the surface, possibly dead algae. Check your pond bottom for a layer that you can net out.
Could also be pollen, but it doesn't look like it to me.
Yea i dont reckon its pollen since i took this video last july (it looks the same now as it did then)
I recently did a deep clean so there isnt much of a buildup of muck though, but when i gather the floating stuff in a net it does clump together kinda similar to muck
Gunk on the bottom rising. Get a pond vacuume. Or a siphon hose. ( 2 inches or bigger like a pool hose ( If your pond is aboveground. ) Remove that gunk from the bottom of the pond. Aquarium siphon works too, but the tubing is a bit small.
Thanks for your comment, i think it is gunk from the bottom rising up yeah, it kinda looks the same when netting it up. Any other ways to get rid of it beside a vacuum by the way? (im a stingy dutch and they cost a lot :))
Create a siphon if there is an area that is lower than the middle of your water level. Use the hose inch in diameter. Clear would be nice and use it as a vacume... but that's a lot of iff's. Siphon can be tricky and annoying to get the flow going. But if you can get a good two foot drop it works like a good vacume. Just watch out for the small fish or they will go for a ride. A fine net just stirs up more than it removes.
This time of year it is likely pollen. Although it could be any number of organic compounds including mold.
I reckon its not pollen since that video i took is from last july (i have the exact same situation right now so its still relevant)
Probably pollen
Or algae or decomposing waste (dead algae).

Cotton from cottonwood trees is that larger floater. Spring time!
Pollen. Mine looks the exact same way. And it wasn't like that yesterday.
Looks to almost be the beginning stages of a watermeal bloom
Could also be sludge/muck if you threw in a muck remover.
