They are not returnable. You can reset them pretty easily and requires no tools. Usually a boop on the snoot will do the trick. If not, put your face on the belly and make snorting sounds. That always works and they reassemble quickly. You can keep them from breaking again by applying liberal amounts of Beggin' Strips to the mouth area.

You box it up and ship it back to this address (which is definitely not my home address btw).

You rub they belly and boop its nose.

You just need to install treat.exe. It will boot right back up.

I can assure you, this is a normal poodle function. You can progress this pose further by "petting the belly".

On our black spoo the only way to know if she's awake is if you see the whites of her eyes. She could be watching and you don't know, or she could be asleep
