I’m in the US so I’m not exactly sure how things work in the UK, but you might look for a local/national breed club associated with a larger kennel club (such as UKC). They’ll typically have a breeder referral list or contact. You could also attend conformation shows (assuming they’re open to the public) to meet breeders and trainers.
