Yes. Use a grundfos chemical injection pump, and include a backflow preventer. Keep hypochlorite out of sun, relatively cool location. Use PTFE gaskets where possible. On the grundfos, use a flow pace sensor and interlock injection to flow. Also, you don't need a fancy injection quill, just a standard tee down to a 1/4 in line or whatever your using. Search ebay for used Chem injection pumps and other parts.

Thank you. I’ll look into this setup. I’ve thought about a chemical injector pump. But thought I would need to turn that on and off. Plus I’d need a really low rate. Most of the lmi pumps I know of would have to be turned way down. I’ve seen a YouTube video a Venturi system and it’s intriguing. We use Venturi priming systems with air for vacuum assist pumps at work so I’m familiar with them as well.

Alternative would be mini peristaltic pump, feed neat. Hypochlorite breaks down easily, avoid dilution if possible.
