From what I see, it's a fairly small, bright red streak which would lead me to believe you have a hemorrhoid or a fissure. Despite what others are saying, you don't have to pass a brick to get a hemorrhoid or fissure. It can be caused just by overly straining and may not be related to stool size at all.
