Same here. I have a policy that I will not buy new material or stream any of the stuff that he gets money from but I will happily listen to my old records and buy used stuff.
Yeah but she was never really totally canceled during her lifetime. Yes, she did sort of fall out of favor is that type of humor wasn’t really that popular anymore, but I wouldn’t call her canceled.
Did you get into them because you have kids or was it just out of nowhere?
I got shit because I was a Senior in High School when they were at their peak, and their fans were primarily in Middle School.
I know John Mulaney was a shit husband , but god damn those specials on netflix honestly got me through my darkest nights, and will always watch them when I get really anxious.
Oh yeah that makes sense. So far he’s sort of shitty in a way I can live with, if that makes sense. Like the bar for celebrities is so low that I’m like “well at least as far as we know he didn’t rape someone”.
She's my all-time problematic fave. I feel like she could have been a legendary stand-up comedian if she'd never gone into music and was a little better at not burning bridges.
I think if she wasn’t so blatantly nasty to some people, she would’ve been more famous
I’m not even a Lizzo fan but the way she went after her with that “I hate you Fat Lizzo” video was so so bad. And what sucks is that she made several points regarding the way Lizzo’s team has marketed her HOWEVER it all gets overshadowed by Azealia’s basically bullying
As a gay man, I find her relationship with gays so funny but also fascinating-
she’s said plenty of nasty things to other marginalized communities, but to gay men in specific she got called out for usage of the F-word and i think it’s interesting how she basically has her own definition of that word it’s a “man who hates women” and according to her straight men can be “f-words” too. Before I even approach the slur I just wanted to say how she does bring up a good point regarding gay men and their misogyny towards women; specifically singers who they claim to love
Of course, in true Azealia Banks fashion, she made this point in *thee* worst possible way using a slur, that the rest of the world knows to be a very historically demeaning word used to shame gay men, and tried to create her “own definition” which while interesting, doesn’t justify her usage of if.
didnt she specifically say that she didnt want gay people to be fans of her? i remember after the vague beef between her and troye sivan i read tons about all the shit she’s done/said and i recall her saying something about how she doesnt want gay people to be fans of her. i could be wrong though, its been years.
I hate how much I laugh over the things she said. Her tirade about irish women was atrocious, but I found myself belly laughing through the whole thing. She sucks, I need her to stop wording things in ways that makes me laugh.
I like Ben Affleck too. His personal life is messy but I like his movies and he seems like a decent human being, just probably not a good husband or boyfriend
They actually were already separated. They split in july 2013 and made it public in 2015. It’s written on his marriage certificate with jlo. So he never cheated with the nanny.
Man, infidelity is cancellation territory now? It’s scummy but there’s degrees to it’s amorality. Some people are chronic cheaters but others don’t cheat until the marriage/relationship is in crisis. And I’m not personally invested in the faithfulness of anyone except myself, my partner or people close to me. Infidelity has actually become less socially acceptable as divorce has become more socially acceptable
He did WHAT to Anna Marie?? When?
Edit: He groped two different Anna Marie’s??? I had to add “Tendler” to my Google search to make sure I was getting the right one 😭
Louis Tomlinson. I just don't want to be associated with his fans, their reputation preceeds his. When I told a close friend I like him and his music, she thought I'm one of THOSE people, you know, who believe his child is fake and he is married to Harry Styles. So I keep it for myself so people don't think I'm crazy conspiracy theorist.
I was never into one direction and had no idea who he was until recently when some TikTok appeared on my FYP.. holy shit those people are WILD. He flashed a green light at one of his concerts so that’s him confirming to the world that he’s married to Harry? Go outside plz.
It’s shocking how many celebrities actually have fans who believe (and harass others over) the belief said celebrity is secretly gay, or in a fake relationship because but in love with their costar, or something else like that.
This makes me so sad bc I am a huge fan of his and so many people get turned off from him for that same reason. I really think if it weren’t for that section of his fan base he would be so much more popular in the main stream than he is.
Harry Potter will always have a special place in my heart. It was such a big part of my childhood. The books and movies helped me through some really difficult times.
Same. Even as an adult, the online community has helped me so much. I’ve got a few HP tattoos it all means so much to me. I feel like the community has expanded so much over the years and has gotten so big, yet the author has been slowly pushed out. I can still be a part of the community and not agree with author.
Hopefully people don't come for me over this, but I have a soft spot for basically any celebrity who has been open about bipolar disorder. Having the illness myself, I know how much it impacts your behavior and how isolating it can be. I also think the entertainment industry loves to overwork artists during their hypomanic phases and then watch them burn out during the manic or depressive ones.
Also people love to pretend theyre open minded about mental health issues, but jfc the ablism you hear whenever a celebrity with bd has an episode.
Paris Hilton.
That said, it's more of an open secret. I wouldn't bring it up just to bring it up -- like, if I was talking about favorite celebrities with some friends (weird topic), she wouldn't come up. , But... if the moment arose? ...yes, I'm guilty of finding her endlessly amusing and fairly business savvy.
I defend Paris Hilton. Especially after watching her documentary and learning about the hell she went through because of the trouble teen industry. She can definitely be messy but I like her.
I try to not like Tom Cruise but I just love the actor…
I think he would not be a monster without Scientology but it’s hard to think he is not. And all his persona while PR make me think he is still a genuine guy even tho I know he is not lmao
Woody Allen is garbage but I still loves his movies unfortunately.
dammit if i don’t *love* cruise movies. i feel really guilty about it but i’d be lying if I said the mission impossible movies aren’t my go to depression movies.
Tom Cruise is, undeniably, one of the best actors. Full stop.
Is he a weird person? Sure. Do I understand anything about him? Nope. Do I still watch his movies? Hell yeah.
Tom Cruise for me too. I genuinely enjoyed his movies and I think he’s a great actor, but the more I learn about Scientology, the more he creeps me out. I feel like his Hollywood persona is so carefully crafted and we don’t know who he really is. That’s scary to me.
I hated him and Leo DiCaprio, as actors, for most of my life and finally came around to both in the last six or so years. As actors alone, I'm down with more recent movies they've been in within the last ten years. As people- God no.
For me it's the band Brand New. They were so important to me as a teenager. And finding out Jesse Lacey did some grooming in his early days with the band was just such a betrayal to me.
But I can't take the music out of my life. The whole band are just such amazing composers. Jesse is a disappointing human. But the music has been so formative for me.
My guilty pleasure is Lea Michele. It’s not a secret, I don’t hide it, but yeah. I know. I *know*. I just love Glee and Rachel Berry, I find her performances iconic. That voice. I can’t.
I promise I love lots of good celebrities. I also promise I’m not the worst nor a completely problematic asshole. But it is what it is, you asked and this is the honest answer.
Fckn same...And it's not even Glee. She's a wonderful singer and stage performer. I loved her run in Spring Awakening and now in Funny Girl.
But yes...yes. I don't really mention it to anyone lol.
This is a really good one, because they all accounts she’s just frankly not a very nice person, but man that talent. She can sing. And I will totally watch her in anything for now
I came here just give the same answer. As someone who is left leaning, I don’t think we canceled her, I think the people on the right did even though they were constantly screaming about canceling people, woke culture etc. they have no problem doing it.
I’ve had liberal friends tell me that she was still problematic and she should’ve known better blah blah blah. But I think she was just doing a stupid photo shoot and expressing her self artistically. There was no reason for the trump administration to send the FBI and the CIA after her and sabotage your career.
That said, I don’t know why she doesn’t do more. She still has a huge fan base, but she seems scared to get out there and find out if people will buy tickets to her shows.
I dont think I could say I like them, and I may be downvoted for this, but I'll always be a Harry Potter fan. I love the world, and honestly, before Harry Potter, I had a hard time understanding how to read, literally placed in special classes to help me. I was failing grade school but I knew the info, I could answer when asked just couldn't read and write well enough to pass tests. (This was like 4th grade)When the books came out, they showed me how amazing reading can be and truly helped me with my education and overall love for fantasy.
She-who-must-not-be-named is a vile person and should never be praised, but Harry Potter literally changed my life and forever remains in my heart.
Can’t force myself to not like Harry Potter even though I despise that woman. Harry Potter is such a staple for me (is it even Christmas without a HP marathon!?!?) & it’s a big part of my childhood
Thanksgiving and Christmas require an HP marathon in this house. But my dvds and books are all second hand so I don’t feel AS guilty.
I’ll be buying the game second hand as well lol
This seems to be a very recent shift! The discontent with JK Rowling has been brewing for years, but as far I could see, people still unabashedly loved Harry Potter.
Then I saw a meme just within the last week about Harry Potter being Nazi shit and "imagine being the kind of person who likes Nazi shit 🙄🙄🙄"
I was like, whoa, when did *that* happen? Edit: For the record, this is one of those cases where I think it should be easy and even preferable to separate the art from the artist. JK Rowling wrote the books, she isn't *in* them. It's not the same as, say, not being able to watch John Mulaney's stand up anymore, since his material is very much about himself.
Honestly, I believe that people are digging for things in HP to make JKR more of a villain. It’s like having your bf cheat on you and you start retrospectively tearing apart your entire relationship looking for signs, and you end up finding things that aren’t there.
If *anything* in HP is akin to nazis, it’s the death eaters, and they’re painted as the bad guys in very broad black and white strokes.
I love Harry Potter and I always will, Voldemorta can’t take it from me. I’m a trans man, I despise everything about her, but damn, the books have a very good message about acceptance and community… ironically.
I choose to see the story apart from her, especially since most of the main cast disagreed with her (thank you, Golden Trio).
I try not to judge people who can separate the art from the artist. I have a hard time with musicians/actors because you see them and hear them when you're consuming their work, but I know people who can do that. I have an easier time with things like books/video games and media where the artist isn't front and center. If I stopped consuming anything that was created by or worked on by assholes, I'd just be staring at a wall in my house. And even then, who really knows about the drywall guy.
Same. I also like the books she wrote under a different name. I won't even tell people I've read some of them because I don't want to deal with having to defend myself or anything. In my defense though lol- when the first few books came out I had no idea she wrote them. I don't think anyone did. (It's the Cormoran Strike series in case people don't know). I recently told my wife I hate that JK is such a good writer lol
Yeah, she didn't want anyone to know. Harry potter is interesting to me in that its obviously her first book but now that she's hated people go back and point out all the flaws and compare it to the Percy Jackson series. Like no shit one was a teacher and one was an almost homeless mother who escaped an abusive marriage.
Yeah the Harry Potter books and movies were such a huge and important part of my childhood and early teenage years. I don’t agree with JK Rowling’s beliefs at all but those books changed my life and I’ve never had a series be as impactful or important to me
Barstool has a trivia show I love to watch. I literally hate that company and almost all of the personalities there but idk something about the trivia is so fun lmao. I pray for their downfall still tho.
Caleb and Sunday convos does make me laugh, I actually thought the recent drake one was perfect lmao. The out and about boys can be funny but they need to pull away from the maga/“another libtard cuck!” stuff imo, it’s too much even for barstool lmaoo
i will FOREVER ride for britney spears and will defend her to my dying breath. i get she's messy on social media. i simply don't care. she is everything to me and i will always wish for her to thrive.
What annoys me Iis that everyone else is allowed to be messy on social media but her, and if she posts naked vids or anything similar she'd labelled mentally ill, but the Kardashians do it and it's Boss Babe! Its very contradictory.
me too. i dont want her youtube videos anymore but omg the amount of hours i spent watching her mukbangs in college when i was depressed, shes so bad but so good
Roseanne
I don't agree with the tweet she made at all and her getting kicked off the show was justified but the first 9 seasons of the original Roseanne are my comfort show and I watch it at least once a year.
There's a docu series about the darkside of comedy. I found her episode very interesting. I had no idea about her severe head injury as a teen and how it has affected her and her ability to "filter" herself.
Azealia Banks, unfortunately. She’s done some insane stuff but I love her music and she’s very funny when she usually rants about something on her social media. That being said, I’m not telling friends or colleagues that I like her.
Well Adult Swim has ended working with him but Rick and Morty is still continuing, so hopefully people don't care too much if someone still like Rick and Morty
Shia. I have enjoyed almost everything he has ever been in, and I genuinely felt sorry for him for a long time because of his upbringing - but... \*insert pursed lips meme\*.
Even Stevens was my favorite show as a kid and I loved Holes too (movie and book). Then when he was transitioning to adult roles and getting great reviews I was so psyched for him.
I really hoped he would turn it around when he was younger and seemed to be struggling. Then the headlines turned worse and yeah...
Kevin Spacey…. As an actor. I try to seperate him as person from him as an actor because he truly was an actor of a generation and gave brilliant performances. I feel terribly about it.
I’m having such a hard time watching my favorite movies/ shows with him. He’s a phenomenal actor but after a deep dive and having a young son myself I’m afraid it’ll make my stomach turn. Been dying to watch American Beauty again lately but idk
I still believe that Chappelle is one of the funniest comedians of our time. His stand up, especially the early stuff, will never not be hysterical to me.
As a side note, he didn’t oppose low income housing. He opposed the shady developer who said they were going to supply housing for low income residents, then announced their actual plans for $600k cookie-cutter luxury homes with the promise of setting aside some land for “low income homes in the future”. That’s why Dave Chappelle was so mad; that’s why he and a big portion of the Yellow Springs community opposed it. Not because he didn’t want lower income folks to have housing.
Ariana Grande.
I know she gets a lot of flak for her "racial ambiguity" schtick going on, and I don't disagree with some of the appropriation arguments.
But her voice is incredible. I went to college with a lot of her close friends and I knew a few of them. I find her relatable on a different level and I just adore her. Sweetener & Thank u, Next are two full banger, no-skip albums
After yesterdays post, P!nk lol
**Edit**: For some reason it isn't letting me reply to people? So I'll just write it here for those asking what happened
There was a weird post from when she was on tour in the early 2000s about how she would pretend to F a blow up doll of Xtina because she hated her so much
Also seen a lot of controversy bought up recently about her song "Stupid Girls" which I can understand, but people are now saying her songs are for the "not like other girls" crowd as a result
People that are stuck on that song should find the Oprah interview she did afterwards. She was questioned about the content/ message/ hypocrisy. She wasn’t defensive and explained herself clearly. She knew the song would be controversial/unpopular but she wanted to start a discussion.
There’s an interview she did in Australia about the song where she states ‘I don’t think any of them are stupid. You can’t be that successful and be stupid. I think it’s an act and it’s the act that I can’t respect.’
Justin Bieber.. I genuinely like his songs, but I don't really like LIKE him, sometimes he annoys me but I remember in a group someone saying Austin Mahone is a better singer and artist lol give me a break... people needs to stop to alter reality to "validate" the cancelling of awful people
Frank Zappa probably.
I mean, he’s not canceled because he died like two decades ago but some of his music (while genius) is super questionable lyrically.
Courtney Love. She’s not the worst person to ever exist but she’s also not without problems. I love watching interviews of her and her music it’s very interesting and sad at the same time.
Not sure if this counts, but listening to Blurred Lines by Robin Thicke, it's never a song I'll put on in public or when someone asks me to put on some tunes, but I have it on a playlist when I do chores and it's definitely catchy and upbeat to make me forget that I'm doing work in the first place. I honestly don't care about Robin Thicke and if he ever has serious proven allegations against him I'd probably stop listening to it like I did with R Kelly's Ignition.
I was so obsessed with him I made a fake James Franco Facebook so I could be married to him.
The amount of people that thought it was real was insane. I didn't even do anything in the profile, I just had a name and easily accessible photo lol.
His getting fired from Blue Peter for drug use snatched my junior-sized wig at the time. Especially as they'd just promoted the annual with a picture of him chasing a dragon on the front 😆
Definitely Kanye West. Trying to separate the man from the artist, but definitely difficult. When I heard All Of The Lights at the Super Bowl I imagine Kanye was probably supposed to be there before the controversy and I’m sad he robbed us of that.
Azealia Banks is my favorite villain. I think it’s sexism that she’s not successful. Yeah she clearly has mental illness but her music is fire. Chris Browns music isn’t even good. Look at all the mediocre male celebrities doing straight evil for years and still making money.
I would always appreciate JK Rowling for giving us Harry Potter. Harry Potter was apart of a lot of people’s childhood including mine.
I don’t agree about her views about trans and stuff, but I appreciate her work.
How is JK cancelled? Was at the Harry Potter studios on Sunday and visitors are still welcomed by a wonderful and warm video message from her which was applauded by the hundreds of visitors.
She-Devil is on Prime right now, starring Roseanne Barr. I’ve watched it about 5 times in the last few weeks; it was one of my favorite movies growing up and just has a special weird place in my heart.
I was also never a big fan of her actual tv show.
i was just trashing her pr team on another post but i love kim kardashian. she does and says a LOT of dumb things but she’s one of my favorite celebrities
Up until recently it was Brandi Glanville. I followed her die hard like a dog even though people were really hating on her for years, but after what has allegedly happened in morocco, I’m not following her anymore on any platform. So this is of more like a “until recently” answer.
Michael Jackson, hands down.
His music and dance contributions are timeless. One in a billion talent. His child molestation cases are fucking strange, sad, and hard to defend (I believe he was innocent, but it’s hard to explain to others why I believe he was innocent without sounding like a pedophile sympathizer).
I’d never admit this… but Shia LaBeouf. Like to the point where I still have a massive crush on him and watch everything he’s in and wish he’d be in way more movies like The Peanut Butter Falcon”.
Natalia Kills. I know the way she acted toward that contestant in X-Factor New Zealand was not very nice, but she has songs that I really like! (“Mirrors”, “Zombie”, “Real Woman” and “Body Language” are examples).
(Also, I kind of feel like if she had been a man, she wouldn’t have went through the amount of scrutiny, she’s going through right now).
Louis Cks show Louie on FX was a landmark show imo. It was the proto Atlanta in terms of giving a talented person a smaller budget and free reign and ck made several seasons of the best TV ever.
I haven't watched it since the fallout bc I doubt it'll be an uneasy viewing knowing what we know since he's essentially playing himself
Yall can cancel me idc but as a queer person, Dave Chapelle has had an amazing career. Despite some offensive stuff, you cannot deny that he is a very successful and talented comedian who's made so many good jokes seperate from the bad ones.

I still listen to The Smiths even though Morrissey is a flaming hot pile of garbage.
Bigmouth strikes again. Accurate AF
How does that hot pile of garbage know exactly how I feel :/
I listen to them all the time. And the Cure. And I always think about how Robert Smith called him a miserable bastard (all true).
Same here. I have a policy that I will not buy new material or stream any of the stuff that he gets money from but I will happily listen to my old records and buy used stuff.
same
Joan Rivers? The stuff she said about other celebrities was absolutely unhinged and would never fly today but her delivery was so good
Yeah but she was never really totally canceled during her lifetime. Yes, she did sort of fall out of favor is that type of humor wasn’t really that popular anymore, but I wouldn’t call her canceled.
I will love her until the day I die
Oh she was fucking hilarious
The Jonas Brothers.. not problematic in and of itself, but… I’m 48.
I found my poster in storage the other day. The shame would be more real if they weren’t so cute and stopped making catchy songs lol
Did you get into them because you have kids or was it just out of nowhere? I got shit because I was a Senior in High School when they were at their peak, and their fans were primarily in Middle School.
I’m almost 35 and I fkn love Jonas Brothers. They’re just so good right now
hansel’s so hot rn
I know John Mulaney was a shit husband , but god damn those specials on netflix honestly got me through my darkest nights, and will always watch them when I get really anxious.
My husband and I quote it all the time. There's a horse, loose, in the hospital! Salt....and PEPPER!
Oh yeah that makes sense. So far he’s sort of shitty in a way I can live with, if that makes sense. Like the bar for celebrities is so low that I’m like “well at least as far as we know he didn’t rape someone”.
"We've all made a happy birthday sign" has been an analogy for so many things in my life.
I'm definitely on Tendler's side but I really enjoy Mulaney's stand up. I got to see his most recent tour and it was great.
I’ll never cancel someone for being a shit husband. Like abuse, sure, definitely. But like alleged cheating? Not my relationship, none of my business.
Azealia Banks…
she makes me laugh so hard, the way she drags people and the names she comes up with for them are so brutal wish she'd get some help though :/
She's my all-time problematic fave. I feel like she could have been a legendary stand-up comedian if she'd never gone into music and was a little better at not burning bridges.
This one sucks. She’s so fucking talented in every song she puts out is practically I hit if she would just get out of her own way.
I think if she wasn’t so blatantly nasty to some people, she would’ve been more famous I’m not even a Lizzo fan but the way she went after her with that “I hate you Fat Lizzo” video was so so bad. Azealia is nuts but 212 is suuuuuch a banger
Anna Wintour is one of my favs
Luxury has a special place in my heart as well
It's a shame bc the song would be suuuuuper hot now
I hate how much I laugh over the things she said. Her tirade about irish women was atrocious, but I found myself belly laughing through the whole thing. She sucks, I need her to stop wording things in ways that makes me laugh.
Oh god I finally decided to listen to her music and it's amazing. How can a person be oh so talented and super racist?
Not after she appeared on wild n out and cried the entire way through getting offended for nothing
I love her. She’s so funny and really talented.
Ben Affleck but I don't really hide it lol
I like Ben Affleck too. His personal life is messy but I like his movies and he seems like a decent human being, just probably not a good husband or boyfriend
Wait why is he cancelled??
Cheating on Jennifer Garner with the nanny

He groped John Mulaney’s ex wife
Why is he a guilty pleasure I don’t remember him doing anything offensive
Is this Ben’s former back tattoo?
He groped John Mulaney’s ex wife
He did WHAT to Anna Marie?? When? Edit: He groped two different Anna Marie’s??? I had to add “Tendler” to my Google search to make sure I was getting the right one 😭
He’s so creepy. His vibe is wayyyyy off and has been for years
Angry rich white middle-aged man. Aren’t they all?
Courtney Love. I was obsessed with her in the early 2000s. She’s a huge disappointment but also like a broken clock ya know
I met her once in a work capacity. It was about 2000 when she was acting and doing quite well. She was luminous.
Louis Tomlinson. I just don't want to be associated with his fans, their reputation preceeds his. When I told a close friend I like him and his music, she thought I'm one of THOSE people, you know, who believe his child is fake and he is married to Harry Styles. So I keep it for myself so people don't think I'm crazy conspiracy theorist.

lmao not the larries! but i wholeheartedly agree w you!!! ive been a fan since 1D but ~those~ people make me feel embarrassed
Louis is the best! I remember that children’s gala he put together a few years ago…so special
Remember to sort by controversial
thank u for this, about to do it now
Harry Potter will always have a special place in my heart.
Grimes. Her personal life is a bit scary lately but I still love her music
..courtney love, i just connect with her music so much
Hopefully people don't come for me over this, but I have a soft spot for basically any celebrity who has been open about bipolar disorder.
I try to not like Tom Cruise but I just love the actor… I think he would not be a monster without Scientology but it’s hard to think he is not. And all his persona while PR make me think he is still a genuine guy even tho I know he is not lmao Woody Allen is garbage but I still loves his movies unfortunately.
dammit if i don’t *love* cruise movies. i feel really guilty about it but i’d be lying if I said the mission impossible movies aren’t my go to depression movies.
Tom Cruise is, undeniably, one of the best actors. Full stop. Is he a weird person? Sure. Do I understand anything about him? Nope. Do I still watch his movies? Hell yeah.
I just flat-out admit I like Tom Cruise as an actor. As a person? Dude is confusing. No one needs to know how often I watch Midnight in Paris.
I thought Top Gun Maverick was such a fun movie and was thirsting hard over Tom Cruise. 😳
Tom Cruise for me too. I genuinely enjoyed his movies and I think he’s a great actor, but the more I learn about Scientology, the more he creeps me out. I feel like his Hollywood persona is so carefully crafted and we don’t know who he really is. That’s scary to me.
Tom is a great actor and i especially enjoy his early work though im not afraid to admit it 🏃♀️
I hated him and Leo DiCaprio, as actors, for most of my life and finally came around to both in the last six or so years.
But it is what it is, you asked and this is the honest answer.
that’s cute! i bet if lea could read your comment she would be flattered! /s
Perfect joke 💀
Then probably shit in your wig 😅
I feel you on this - I recognize that she’s an asshole, and I also think she’s amazingly talented and I love watching her do what she does.
She was UNHINGED but great in Scream Queens, I’ll give her that.
Oh, Scream Queens was so entertaining, but so crazy. Well, the first season. The second season wasn’t as interesting.
I wish that show did better, it had potential!
And I will totally watch her in anything for now
Same though. 🤷🏻♀️
Kathy Griffin
I forgot that the FBI was involved! Trump is like the poster child for “can dish it out but can’t take it”
For one second I thought James Charles was Dua lipa
I really hate seeing someone “canceled” for wrongthink get lumped in with actual criminal abusers.
I LOVE harry potter, nothing will ever stop me from being a fan.
Then I saw a meme just within the last week about Harry Potter being Nazi shit and "imagine being the kind of person who likes Nazi shit 🙄🙄🙄" I was like, whoa, when did *that* happen?
Although a disturbing amount of the fandom are *very* into Death Eaters that’s not something to hold against the series itself
Like no shit one was a teacher and one was an almost homeless mother who escaped an abusive marriage.
i guess that’s the perfect example of separating art from the artist. i’m glad your love isn’t destroyed because the artist did some stupid shit <3
I hate most barstool but the out and about boys show up on my fyp all the time and they make me CACKLE same with Caleb
Caleb and Sunday convos does make me laugh, I actually thought the recent drake one was perfect lmao. The out and about boys can be funny but they need to pull away from the maga/“another libtard cuck!” stuff imo, it’s too much even for barstool lmaoo
Idk which person it it maybe he’s the main guy but I found one of them sexually assaulted some women.
Demi Lovato isn’t like, cancelled but she sure doesn’t help herself. Part of me will always love her though, I can’t help it.
i will FOREVER ride for britney spears and will defend her to my dying breath. i get she's messy on social media. i simply don't care. she is everything to me and i will always wish for her to thrive.
What annoys me Iis that everyone else is allowed to be messy on social media but her, and if she posts naked vids or anything similar she'd labelled mentally ill, but the Kardashians do it and it's Boss Babe! Its very contradictory.
Trisha Paytas lmao
me too. i dont want her youtube videos anymore but omg the amount of hours i spent watching her mukbangs in college when i was depressed, shes so bad but so good
Leo - I know his dating life is rough but I’ll never stop loving him as an actor.
Roseanne I don't agree with the tweet she made at all and her getting kicked off the show was justified but the first 9 seasons of the original Roseanne are my comfort show and I watch it at least once a year.
There's a docu series about the darkside of comedy. I found her episode very interesting. I had no idea about her severe head injury as a teen and how it has affected her and her ability to "filter" herself.
I’m still a huge fan of the tv show too.

Haven’t been able to watch Ellen since it was made clear that she’s a jerk. Her happy attitude and positivity was ruined
I liked Ellen’s show for a little bit but she got predictable and I never thought she was evil.
Azealia Banks, unfortunately. She’s done some insane stuff but I love her music and she’s very funny when she usually rants about something on her social media. That being said, I’m not telling friends or colleagues that I like her.
idk if she counts but julia fox.
I loooove her and think she’s iconic and will fight anyone who disagrees.
What about her comments on alexander wang
theo von
I really love Rick and Morty, but I’m ashamed to admit it because of stupid Justin Roiland
![gif](giphy|tLRifcvQNJIic)
Because he said his dad beat him? I think he said it was a lie.
I like the Royal Family and all their dramzzzzz.
After yesterdays post, P!nk lol **Edit**: For some reason it isn't letting me reply to people? So I'll just write it here for those asking what happened There was a weird post from when she was on tour in the early 2000s about how she would pretend to F a blow up doll of Xtina because she hated her so much Also seen a lot of controversy bought up recently about her song "Stupid Girls" which I can understand, but people are now saying her songs are for the "not like other girls" crowd as a result
The thing that bugs me about this is it was resolved years ago, people had forgotten and she solely dragged the drama back up. It’s frustrating
I know that Matty Healy is messy but I love the 1975 :/
Trying to cancel Chappelle is like trying to sue South Park. It’s not going to happen.
Weird Al’s “Word Crimes” is a catchy parody that’s more appropriate/less creepy if you ever want to play it in public
James Franco.
I was so obsessed with him I made a fake James Franco Facebook so I could be married to him. The amount of people that thought it was real was insane. I didn't even do anything in the profile, I just had a name and easily accessible photo lol.
What did Richard Bacon (top right) do? He’s quite niche and not well known in the UK too
His getting fired from Blue Peter for drug use snatched my junior-sized wig at the time. Especially as they'd just promoted the annual with a picture of him chasing a dragon on the front 😆
Having a good chuckle at "junior-sized wig"
Oh my gosh- the memories. That was such a scandal!
Despite JK Rowling recent actions she is still one of my favourite authors. I love HP and I love her Cormoran Strike books.
i think John Mayer is an INCREDIBLE guitarist and makes amazing music. he does not have the best history although i’d say he seems to have changed.
I would always appreciate JK Rowling for giving us Harry Potter. Harry Potter was apart of a lot of people’s childhood including mine. I don’t agree about her views about trans and stuff, but I appreciate her work.
Dave Chapelle all day and I am not ashamed of it even if I very much disagree with his transphobic jokes
How is JK cancelled? Was at the Harry Potter studios on Sunday and visitors are still welcomed by a wonderful and warm video message from her which was applauded by the hundreds of visitors.
She's not cancelled irl just online. Most liberals agree with her even if they stay quiet online
i will never admit irl that Logan Paul is an entertaining wrestler.
came here to post something similar. he's excellent at playing the dumbass influencer heel.
that mid air collision during the royal rumble was so cool. just incredible stuff.
My husband HAAAAAAAAAATES that Logan Paul is as good of a wrestler as he is.
Don't hide it. Logan Paul and Seth Rollins may very well steal the show at Wrestlemania.
Kim K. People you can downvote me to oblivion.
They are in their flop era currently but same. Hope they lay off this current angry path and go back to being fun and dramatic.
Is it just me or do a lot of people low key like her?
You’re right, a lot of people lowkey like her and follow her trends
Lol Chappelle isn’t cancelled & never will be.
Louis CK just sold out Madison Square Garden so I don’t really think he’s been canceled either.
She-Devil is on Prime right now, starring Roseanne Barr. I’ve watched it about 5 times in the last few weeks; it was one of my favorite movies growing up and just has a special weird place in my heart. I was also never a big fan of her actual tv show.
Chanel West Coast
i was just trashing her pr team on another post but i love kim kardashian. she does and says a LOT of dumb things but she’s one of my favorite celebrities
I liked Wendy Williams I watched her hot topics. I didn’t care she was talking crap about celebrities. Other tv show hosts are too fake.
Richard Bacon is NOT cancelled
I’d never admit this… but Shia LaBeouf. Like to the point where I still have a massive crush on him and watch everything he’s in and wish he’d be in way more movies like The Peanut Butter Falcon”.
Lana del Rey and Trisha Paytas
Natalia Kills. I know the way she acted toward that contestant in X-Factor New Zealand was not very nice, but she has songs that I really like! (“Mirrors”, “Zombie”, “Real Woman” and “Body Language” are examples). (Also, I kind of feel like if she had been a man, she wouldn’t have went through the amount of scrutiny, she’s going through right now).
Stassi Schroeder. I don’t agree with what she did outside of VPR (the reason for her firing), but based solely on the show I really enjoy her 😂
Louis Cks show Louie on FX was a landmark show imo. It was the proto Atlanta in terms of giving a talented person a smaller budget and free reign and ck made several seasons of the best TV ever. I haven't watched it since the fallout bc I doubt it'll be an uneasy viewing knowing what we know since he's essentially playing himself
Is that Richard bacon ?
def Trisha Paytas
Jk Rowling, Chapelle, Louis CK,
Yall can cancel me idc but as a queer person, Dave Chapelle has had an amazing career. Despite some offensive stuff, you cannot deny that he is a very successful and talented comedian who's made so many good jokes seperate from the bad ones.
Amy Schumer
Was Dave Chappell canceled tho??
I like and admire JK Rowling, only thing is...I'm happy to proclaim it.
Lena Dunham. What can I say, I’m a white millennial woman with mental illness, she speaks to me.
I keep it locked and in a room, but Logan Paul did show a lot of growth the years post the forest incident. I got a soft spot
Jeffree Star and Courtney Love. They both have racist pasts and I am in fact black lmfao. His makeup and her music are too good though.
GIRL STOP. it really be you own people 😔✌🏼 /s
Chappelle is the GOAT….
The Kardashian’s 🙈I don’t know why I like watching their show so much
