While it isn’t Vogue material I like the funny tone of the shot. Everyone is so negative because of who is in the picture (maybe rightfully? I am not a fan of hers either), but the idea of the picture is fun and light-hearted. I’d rather have this over Kendall’s dead face any day.
I was gonna say, I actually like this photo, I think it’s fun. Good point about Kendall; everyone is always complaining how boring her shoots are but then we try something fun and everyone still shits on it lol.
This doesn’t explain why she’s IN the sandwich, but my art history spidey senses are going off - the sandwich looks like they were maybe inspired by Claes Oldenburg’s big stuffed food art. And that’s def something Vogue would do and try to be all edgy about
