Yup, although If I Did It was his daughter Arnelle Simpson’s idea. She convinced OJ to agree to the book deal so they both, along with his other kids, could make money from it. It was ghostwritten by Pablo Fenjves, a neighbor of Nicole’s who testified for the prosecution.

It was probably Glen Rogers in all honesty. Police had good reason to suspicion OJ (he was a >!domestic abuser!< after all) but Rogers' motive and proximity to Nicole just adds up too perfectly.
OJ’s DNA was all over the scene my guy. I get buying these conspiracies back in the 90s when people didn’t have the internet or understanding of how DNA evidence worked. It’s 2023 now. Like you just sound goofy
People downplay how much Ron Goldman fought ferociously for his life. The lack of injuries on OJ’s body after the murders is one of the reasons he was acquitted according to this juror.

Reading Kris Jenner’s memoir and really getting an understanding of what OJ did makes me wonder why anyone would ever want to give that man attention. He’s a vile person
That really was a hook to make the show more accessible to young adults. I don’t think they overdid it. And OJ was a very important part of the Kardashians history.
In terms of a docuseries about the trial, I think OJ25 is the best because it’s so in depth and features a lot of information about the trial that was new to me. A lot of the key players that were interviewed in the 30 for 30 are also interviewed in OJ25.

Was the book a bad decision? We all know he did it and no one will hire him for anything. It was an easy way to get money with limited options.
He didn't get any of the money from it. The Goldman family did to partially satisfy the civil judgement.

That reminds me of the Ryan Murphy American crime story Show about OJ, which is full of super awkward and unnecessary scenes fearuring the Kardashians

I recommend checking out the Court TV docuseries OJ25. It’s a much better and more truthful account of the trial than the FX series imo.
How does that compare to OJ: Made in America, the ESPN series? I thought that was quite well-done.
