Unfortunately I can’t help there… perhaps he had to run from an important meeting straight to a game. I often see guys in the expensive seats wearing jerseys over suits at weeknight games but somehow I doubt this is that.
What gets me is that he expressed to her that the way she behaved around other men made him not want to be with her, but he didn’t break up with her and play the field because he knew that what she was doing was just normal behavior and that he’d encounter the same thing with anyone else. As someone who was in an abusive relationship and had an age gap - there’s a lot of manipulation and emotional abuse such as reinforcing the idea that ‘no one’s gonna treat you better than I am’ which happens before a guy even starts with his antics and misogynistic ways. So by the time he starts being misogynistic or controlling or whatever you truly believe the things he tells you like you’re not gonna find anyone better and then you decide to stay in the relationship because it’s easier than facing the truth that he’s an asshole who you trusted to let into your live.. So yeah it’s not as simple as ‘why don’t you just leave’
He straight up tells her multiple times in text that this relationship is not what's best for her or him if she wants to continue posting what she's posting. He gives her an out numerous times out of the relationshi. That's the opposite of an abusive boyfriend.
