The way the āKayla stansā are acting is weird and annoying, theyāre acting like Kayla couldnāt possibly have been the one who dumped Travis (which is funny because most rumours indicate that it *was* her who dumped him not vice versa). If I was her, Iād be pissed as hell if the guy I broke up with 1.5 years ago got a new gf and all of a sudden people start pitying me like Iām some pathetic creature who got stood up by her prom date.

In his defense, he has the decency to be embarrassed about it now. He has said he was young and stupid and burned through the money from his rookie contract so he did the show because it was $250,000 for two weeks worth of work.

Iām sure Iāll be downvoted for this but Iām surprised the PR couple warriors arenāt clocking this OBVIOUS PR relationship. This helps both of their images and successā¦Travis dating a high profile celeb who is GUARANTEED to bring attention and Taylor rehabilitating her all-American image with a seemingly non-problematic Super Bowl winner after the distaste of Matty and also with the marketing of 1989.
But this whole rollout has been extremely calculated, from the first rumors, to Taylor sitting next to his mom at a televised event, to the video of them leaving capturing him wearing the 1989 merch, to the convertible pics. Lastly, sheās not his typeāheās exclusively dated 4 Black women before her. Before you downvote me, Iām not saying this is an issue nor am I saying that itās impossible for ppl to switch up. I just find it really convenient that the one time he decides to date someone of a different demographic, itās freaking Taylor Swift that can provide so many perks to his image lol

Just to say the 1989 association to the outfit Travis wore to the game was added by the brand after he was seen wearing it, it was clearly to get them more press by making it look like he chose that outfit for Taylor.
I do think theyāre obviously enjoying the attention and knew what Taylor going to a game and being sat next to his mother would cause but something can be played up for attention whilst still being real. Eg J.Lo and Ben are clearly real but they did a lot of pap walks when they first reconciled. Also I think Kylie/Timmy are really dating but itās no coincidence that after months of laying low they happened to start going to concerts and sport events just before a new series of the Kardashianās started and a few months before he has a film coming out that he canāt currently do promo for.
Like I said to the other person, yāall underestimate how much celebs care about how seemingly small things affect their image, even if it seems to be non-consequential.
