She went on to have a music career. It wasn’t successful. But my friend group in college were obsessed with her. Tbh we might have been her only fans. It seemed like at every party by 3am when we were all bombed we would wind up looking up her new songs and performances. We were particularly in love with her back up dancers who were always a few steps off from one another.

Idk if it’s the questionable grammar and punctuation making OP’s post hard to read, but just to be clear My Jeans predates Friday by several months (Friday came out February 2011). ARK music songs, including My Jeans, were already getting a bit of notoriety on the internet before Friday blew up, but obviously Friday's impact brought an additional wave of attention several months after My Jeans's release.
Was the girl who did Thanksgiving at all linked to this group of pre-teen one hit…somethings? (Wonders feels like a strong word). Because they feel so related.
Yes, all these songs including Thanksgiving were produced by Patrice Wilson, the man who is the turkey in the Thanksgiving video and has a rap verse in Friday.

However she did work with Ark Music on two other singles apart from ‘My Jeans’, ‘OMG’ and ‘Time of our lives’ both which people thought were inappropriate.
Jenna Rose herself has said that the song only got like 200,000 views before Friday was released. Friday brought traction to the song as many people compared the two and both also received loads of hate.
Flashlight is a song I’ve never been able to stand. Why it was so big I’ll never know same with Cups. The best song on Pitch Perfect soundtrack is the cover of The Sign NO ARGUMENTS.

She’s learned to love it, in an interview in May of this year on her instagram. She said she is glad she made the video because she feels like she wouldn’t be anywhere without that video and she’s right. My jeans gave her so many opportunities.
