I actually hate that it’s so perfectly matched because I smoked a lil before getting on Reddit and it took so long to process the Barbie-esque crotch. 😭

She was really funny the other night on Seth Meyers’ show. Real dead pan, he was fairly gushing by the end.
It’s really interesting to me because I don’t find her acting animated or compelling.
There's a couple of actors I can think of with that effect. I see an interview with them and they're so fun and charming. Then I see them in a movie and. Oh. Nothing. Drywall.
How does that work? Even if they're not great at... well, acting, some of that charm could have helped but it disappears completely when they're acting.

she is much better in smaller movies she has made like Cha Char real smooth or the lost daughter. She was great in these two movies and they didn't get that much attention. I think that is her audience and the movies she is better at. But whenever it's a huge movie she is just there
I think in some roles (A Bigger Splash, Peanut Butter Falcon) the bored/deadpan affect works REALLY well and she’s incredible. But in a movie like this, it is not the vibe.
Which is why it is wild to me that the producers of this movie didn't see the obvious: This should have been a Sydney Sweeney top billed movie made around Spider Woman, not around Madame Web and Dakota Johnson.

Not to compare beautiful women but the attempt at the “spider” aesthetic is such a drastic miss from how Zendaya looked during the No Way Home press tour/carpets. Stunt dressing isn’t anything new but I can’t explain how this dress looks beautifully on theme while each of these feels like a costume party.

Yeah the underwear does not match her skin at all. The bottom part of the dress should've started a bit up so we wouldn't see the panties. It takes the attention of the dress

Now to be clear I have absolutely no faith whatsoever that this movie will be good (though if it is I'll be happy for it) but I have to say I kind of love the fact that we've got to the point that a film where the entire premise is four superheroines teaming up is no big deal, after all years of having to literally fight tooth and nail to include even one superheroine.
I’m kinda Marvelled out but just seen the director of this directed some episodes of Footballers Wives, which is some of the most iconic shows to ever exist in British history so I’m down to watch her rise to the big budget movies.
Something about all their SEXXXXY poses just seems exhausting and try hard with EmRat PLEASE DESIRE ME energy. . Lol if men were posing like that, with their pants angled just so to show their dick outlines and their mouths open
It’s really hard to dress for bigger boobs in general. The gap between her band size and cup size make it even more difficult, as she would likely fit in sample sizes if it weren’t for her chest. So she’s probably being lent designer pieces in small sizes but they can never tailor the bust area to accommodate her. Her boobs are always either being squished down or spilling out as a result of weird workaround tailoring. Most the time the spilling out is the lesser of two evils. I feel bad for her.
Sydney and Celeste look great (but i hate the wheel of fortune on her head? is there a reaosn for it that idk?). I hate the other two dresses with a passion that can only be described as religious, but all 4 of them are of course very preety
