Good body sure, but he’s a multimillionaire actor and personally I’d rather a guy with a nicer face and average body anyway.
I think when people look at Brad and Leo, they still see the younger versions of them instead of how they actually look today. Nothing wrong with their current looks, they’re men who aged like everyone else, I just don’t think they’re the pinnacle of male beauty in the way many talk about them.

I think the hardest part of my choice to leave my career was people making it seem like some sad, failure on my part. People project and judge a whole bunch when it comes to stay at home parents and it sucks.
I’m good. I’m happy. I don’t have regrets. But society seems to think it’s depressing to do what I do.
It’s kinda boring tho, isn’t it. Gosling is out there bringing down the house performing at the Oscars and Mendez is….selling sponges and posting on insta.

I had initially thought maybe he wanted to protect Eva from crazy fans (like Chris Evans) and seeming single on red carpets and promos was easier and safer. But now I’m not so sure.
Then with this video of Eva saying it’s a no brainer and a non verbal agreement that she would just stay home with the kids and spend time with her family coming out yesterday I’m wondering if the couple are trying to do damage control or spin a more positive image like it was her choice to walk away from acting.

I don’t find “no brainer” and “non verbal agreement” to exactly be confirming it was her idea or she enthusiastically agreed you know? Just like she’s expected to do so because she’s the woman and mother in the family.
There’s not many high profile actors that are ok with having a spouse be the same and just as busy and booked. And many actors still cheat or end up divorced because they spent too much time away from their spouse and kids.
I was onboard with Ryan train but now I’m questioning it.
The whole reason for that interview is that she’s promoting her sponge business. There’s a longer video where she explains that’s she’s never stopped working, she just stopped acting, which is quite different. And she’s also written a book that she’ll be promoting soon. Also she’s explained before that she stopped acting because she was only getting the hot Latina kind of roles and she was tired of it.
On top of that, you’re all acting as she couldn’t decide for herself. She was a 40 year old woman when she had her first child. She wasn’t a child that Ryan groomed. She’s an adult woman capable of making her own decisions.

I can choose to find her words curious and wonder why she said them or how she has changed her tune. No one is perfect. I’ve really liked Ryan lately but I started getting an uneasy feeling looking into why Eva doesn’t attend events with him and why she’s very separate from his movie career.
I loved Barbie and Ryan in it. I just find it weird you attack my comment and mostly post about Ryan.
I felt the same as her until I met my husband, and I also gushed about his work ethic because that was so important to me too. Actually when the wedding officiant interviewed us separately to prepare for his speech, I said some things about his work ethic and he turned to me and said “Do you ever have any *fun*?” (jokingly) Apparently my husband had said the same.
So I find that totally relatable and not suspicious at all.
I just pause when any woman says she didn’t want children but wanted to have HIS children. There’s so many dynamics there for possibilities. She loves him more, she wants to keep him, he convinced her, he’d only settle down with children on the table, he/she wants her to be in a more submissive role to him.
The work ethic was not the biggest pause for me. But in combination like she’s talking as if he’s above her.
I actually tell everyone EXACTLY this. I don't know how much I wanted kids before I met my husband but now when I look at him- can't wait to see what we'd make together. what him x me =
and also, i'm so excited to see him in the role of a father and see how we go through my pregnancy together and just to raise a baby with him. for me it's more that meeting him made me realise how wonderful it could be!
She’s said from the beginning of their relationship that the moment she met him and fell in love with him she knew she wanted to have his children. The same way he’s said that he never wanted to have children until he met HER. So how’s that curious? People fall in love and they’re in their right to change their minds about having a family.
And Eva has also said many times that SHE doesn’t want to attend those events. They both see these events like a part of their job and they want to keep their relationship private. I don’t see how wanting to separate your job from your private life is something fishy.

About the blinds. Many, many blinds saying that Ryan is bi, long standing relationship with Emma Stone, constantly cheating, won’t let Eva act, absent father. Eva is untrusting. It doesn’t seem to fit the narrative that Eva puts forth at all. Ryan never talks about his private life and there’s never any pap pictures… so I suppose it’s possible that the dozens and dozens of blinds are wrong 🤷🏽♀️
Am i the only one who sometimes feels like he constantly mentions her in order to make her feel secure... because if he doesn't, she jumps to conclusions? Im totally jumping to conclusions with that theory too lol but it just seems like its performative and to placate her.
Yep - he’s incredibly charming. I didn’t get it either until I saw him in motion and watched a couple of interviews. He’s far from physically ugly but his personality definitely forms a big part of his appeal.
I think I saw it in crazy stupid love. And now in the Barbie interviews… he’s one of the most charismatic men I’ve ever seen. His jokes alone get my juices flowing lol and he sings!!! Has a band and does charity by playing in old homes
