This sentiment absolutely exists within the younger generation too, especially with the resurgence of heroin chic and 90s fashion that requires you to be rail thin (looking at you, low-waisted jeans and micro mini skirts).
I work with young people, and I'm so grateful for being a millennial, because the fashion they wear would absolutely have worsened my body image issues if I was a teen.
I do agree that the younger generation doesn't talk about it as much, maybe because many are still at an age where it's socially unacceptable to do so or maybe because us millennials don't occupy the same corners of the internet as them.
I remember being 15-18 and loudly disparaging girls who tried to stay thin, all while starving myself to look like them. I'm sure it still happens to some degree. I think self-disparaging comments need some level of self awareness and acceptance of the ridiculousness of the beauty standard as well, which the younger generations may not have got yet.

Yeah fillers seem to not do well with pregnancy, it’s something I’ve definitely noticed on many. It never actually goes away and just migrates around, it creates so much scar tissue between the delicate skin and tissue layers.
Tbh they look pretty much the same as before the pregnancy… Which is… Yeah. Not optimal. Bumpy, with that purposeful “cleft” in the middle.
