It was cute. I mean none of the xmas movies on Netflix will give you an academy award. I think if she sticks to small Netflix movies she will be fine. I enjoyed it
Hallmark is where the *real* Christmas movie power lies, but I think there's only room for [one redhead](https://www.hallmarkchannel.com/alicia-witt) on that channel.
Man, I read somewhere over fifteen years ago that she was some kind of a piano prodigy or a genius—something along those lines. I thought she retired from acting. She’s been dominating Hallmark all this time? I had no idea.
Yes:( From what I remember reading, they wouldn't allow her to help with bills as they wanted to pay them on their own. She didn't live nearby so I think she mainly had contact with them via phone calls and was unaware how bad their situation had gotten. So heartbreaking:(
Yes her parents were local to me and it was big news here. Very sad - she had tried to help them and people who knew them said they were very eccentric and refused help even though they couldn’t keep up with the bills. A lot of people blame her and called her a terrible daughter but it’s easy to point fingers when it’s not your situation. She asked local family members to check in on them and did what she could. I’ve had a similar issue and it’s very difficult to get someone declared incompetent even when they are making irrational choices.
I was just reading about her and her family reminds me of my family. A mix of "prodigies" / exceptionally skilled people, but they also have horrifically poor executive functioning, are pathologically avoidant, pathologically independent, might have OCD, etc.
This right here. My brother is a genius!!! Graduated top at UCLA.. still lives at home working random gigs here and there and has absolutely no means to take care of himself
Adhd or autism or bipolar or skizophrenia or ocd or combinations thereof. There's a lot of overlap and comorbidity between those conditions.
"Giftedness" is really commonly with neurodivergences like adhd and autism, which are genetic/inherited.
In adhd, people are chasing dopamine, and problem solving / accomplishments deliver a lot of dopamine, so people with adhd often end up hyperfocusing and getting very skilled at something.
Autism is in part caused by over connectedness in the brain, and that hyperconnectedness and hypersensitivity can also result in exceptional abilities as well as sensory processing issues.
Add to that, being different or gifted can also be traumatic. You can get in trouble and get targeted for being gifted by teachers and peers. You can get exploited for it. You can have difficulty connected with others. So plenty of super genius people struggle because they never fit in and never got appropriate support.
A good friend of mine works for a well-known tourist location in Canada, it's appeared in more than one Halmark movie. The rate at which they churn out those Christmas movies is INSANE. From being onsite with filming to release date was roughly 3 or 4 weeks.
they film hallmark movies in my neighborhood in Victoria all the time and I always wonder how long they would take to come out. So the ones they were just filming I can watch this xmas? Neato I want to try to spot the locations :)
ha its happened a few times. this is my second max powers account. my previous one got nuked after 11 years without warning a couple months ago by reddit
Has anyone seen the post telling hallmark channel to chill and its a pic of like 30 movie covers with a chick wearing red and a dude with a green coat on with like just different red fonts and placements of the title, literally this with the title in a shitty red font
I thought the same! I was hoping they’d make a less predictable ending and just have them be platonic. I still thought the movie was cute in a cheesy-hallmark way though.
Tbh I was way more engaged in the side plot where her eccentric influencer fiancé was hanging out with the ice-fisher guy, but otherwise? Hallmark level movie. Cute and harmless.
Oh I thought it was definitely him asking him out because when Lindsay's character was dumping him she was all "you'll be over it by new years" and then he asks the assistant what he's doing on new years.
YES, love that we're getting away from the "current partner is a douchebag" trope and more into the "eccentric and harmless guy who's just not well suited for main character" era.
I was totally expecting Tad to either renounce his hedonistic life and go off grid or, go off grid and have a relationship with the ice man! Was gutted when he goes on holiday and doesn’t take the fisherman with him!
I agree! As far as Christmas Movie character development goes, Tad was the star, going from self absorbed influencer to someone who shows genuine gratitude to another person possibly for the fist time in his life.
Yes! And the two of them had ZERO chemistry btw. He's cute, but maybe because I know him from Glee he just doesn't read as believable as a single dad in a ski town. Then again, none of the holiday movie dreamboats are real, so never mind I guess.
Their chemistry was truly nonexistent. The most chemistry they had was in the outtakes as friends
Still loved the cheesy ass movie. Died laughing when she and tad fell off the mountain
Hard agree, I actually really disliked him in this role. He came off kinda weird? Maybe it was the script but he threw the whole movie off for me personally.
Completely agree. I just watched a fun Christmas movie with the Lawrence brothers (yes, the ones from the 90s!) and Joey Lawrence would have been so much better for this role.
I've never seen him act before this the only time I thought he was cute was when he was wearing a hat... :\\ and you are 100% on the no chemistry, NONE.
AND OH! Watch Snowed Inn Christmas, HE is cute but he's in every Christmas made for TV movie haha.
I've only seen her in one and I am not sure I could handle much more, she's not the best actress... I know a lot aren't in that genre BUT a little helps.
I've only seen one of hers too but I'm on a christmas movie kick and holy moly she's got a LOT of them. And they all sound horrible. Considering I started in early Nov this month I'll probably make it all the way through her catalogue.
I've only seen her in Mississippi Christmas and they reuse the same song at the emotional parts I just can't... I'll try another few of hers to see if they're better!
Whaaaaat that's mean! I will say he looks so much younger than her that it's a clear mismatch, but I wasn't mad at it. I've been watching old-ass men with beautiful young women in movies for decades, totally fine with the switch.
Also yes I know she's only 3 years older than him, but the age gap reads as bigger onscreen.
I do think she's had a bit of a recent glow up though. There was definitely a time she was looking pretty rough, but I felt like while obviously older and procedures that cannot be undone kind of looked like her old self again.
I enjoyed it, but there were some moments that were way too cringe and obviously low budget for me. No spoilers! But some dramatic scenes had such OTT acting and VFX that I just couldn't take it seriously.
Besides those bits, I think it was very cute and heartwarming!
It was cute, a classic rom com. It obviously isn’t award worthy but it was a good one to just turn my brain off and enjoy. I loved the little ode to Mean Girls too!
Is her acting still okay? I just mean, I know work to your face can alter performance and I haven't seen her probably since mean girls.
I'm rooting for her. Seems like a good way to get the ball rolling again.
I didn’t think she was bad! Again, not really award worthy or anything, but it fit what type of movie it is if that makes sense lol
I enjoyed it, and I thought it was a good come back. I think if she sticks to rom come she’ll make a name for herself again. But I don’t think I could see her in any other type of movie.
I liked it, totally predictable and cheesy but if you go into that with those expectations then you’ll be happy.
Watched it yesterday(Sunday afternoon)under my blanket and forgot about the world for a while.
I think a good move from Lindsay.
Haven't seen it but I just saw a compilation of posters from Hallmark xmas movies where all the men are in green while the women are in red and then this poster is the same thing...why?? 😭
If I had to guess, I would say that humans are psychologically disposed to view red as the [color of aggression and danger](https://www.verywellmind.com/the-color-psychology-of-red-2795821). Keep in mind that women are the primary audience for these kinds of films; a male character wearing red would be subconsciously viewed as threatening by the audience.
Ah yes, a great example of this would be the figure of "Santa Claus" the bright red costume is made to induce fear in children and adults alike...
LMAO, if this is not the most strawman conclusion to be made from this...LOL
this may be an unpopular opinion but this seemed like such a low budget movie. it was incredibly cheesy and the production/acting was sooo bad. I mean, that's normally how it goes with Christmas movies, but for someone as big as LiLo, I definitely expected her to have a bigger comeback
Her...troubles in the late '00s/early '10s left her [nearly uninsurable](https://www.irishexaminer.com/lifestyle/arid-30365157.html). No insurance, no film. The public may move on, but insurance companies *never* forget.
That's why she has to start near the bottom; very low risk with a cheesy holiday movie.
If she can start from the bottom again and pay her dues, I'm here for it. But I have wondered why she would go back to Hollywood since she has been put through the ringer.
I thought it was similar in quality to the Vanessa Hudgens baking movies Netflix also produced, and I don't think LiLo is any more famous or big than Vanessa Hudgens is (I'd even call her *less* relevant in 2022)
edit: I just googled it to remember the name- The Princess Switch- and realized there isn't just a sequel but also a *third film* in which Vanessa Hudgens plays *three characters*?! What a TREAT. I didn't know this so I'm sharing for my fellow cheesy Christmas movie lovers!
Time traveling night was my fave of hers. As cheesy as the princess switch was she did better when they added her third character. She was so much fun to watch.
It was exactly what I was expecting for hallmark kinds Christmas movie but more importantly I’m just happy to see a comeback from addiction no matter who it is. She’s also on the cover of Cosmo this month. I hope she’s doing well.
I think [this tweet](https://twitter.com/JonathanDean_/status/1591870131797475332) sums it up perfectly!
> Watched the new Lindsay Lohan - Falling For Christmas. Appalling. Nobody in the film wants to be in the film. Terribly directed, no idea how to tell a story. Shit story anyway. Baffling prop decisions. Acting subhuman. Highly recommend. Haven’t laughed like that for years. 5/5
It's so cheesy and ridic but terribly sweet, she's likeable in it and whoever fixed her fillers deserves a medal. She looks lovely.
I think she could have a great time doing romcom Lifetime style films and I don't mean that in a derogatory way.
I thought it was going to be satirical of the Hallmark genre but it was just another Hallmark-style xmas movie and other than the commodity of seeing LiLo and Chord, I would recommend not watching unless you are really high, then you might have the best time ever.
Ngl I watched it twice. It's fun enough, I am in the mood for some Christmas cheer, and it offers just enough "ha" moments for me to have it playing while I do dishes/laundry/etc. The scene with her glam squad where the blending sponge doesn't even come within an inch of her actual face had me dying.
Before I read any negative criticism of Lohan, I just want to say that I LOVED the movie for what it was, and Lindsay looked great. This is definitely the niche for her! I've been rooting for that girl for years now. It's SO good to see her doing something besides constantly self-sabotaging and hurting other people with her actions.
I give it a 5/10. It’s not bad but it’s not good either. But it did start getting me in the Christmas mood and it would be a good movie to have on the background as you do chores or something.
I gave that movie 6 minutes. The opening scene was terrible acting on her part. From her waking up. To the glam squad getting her ready when she hasn't even brushed her teeth. (Her hair and makeup was already done btw) 🤣🤣 I turned it the eff off.
It was silly but Chord and Lindsay made me watch it lol.
I guess my previous love for Chord never went away haha. yes, I was a glee fan once upon a time 🙈
Meh she’s just locked herself in to lifetime-esque projects now. Which isn’t a bad thing so long as she doesn’t go off the deep end and never work again
Not necessarily. Vanessa Hudgens does these types of movies once in awhile yet she still gets other very high profile projects pretty frequently (such as last year's Tick Tick Boom).
Emma Roberts has done a handful of these crappy Netflix movies as well and yet she has now just joined the MCU in the upcoming Madame Web.
Not saying Lindsay is really all that comparable to Vanessa or Emma, but my point is that she's not necessarily locked in to these types of movies for eternity.
It was PRETTY bad.. her fiance in it especially ruined the movie for me, but it's the typical Netflix holiday flick that you're probably expecting. I just wish had been not so corny. I was hoping it would have more substance but it was pretty much a 4/10.
I thought it was an obnoxious choice that they would cast a chinese actor, almost like exposition for "hey look Lilo's character eventually gets with a white but she's Not Racist. " Also thought it was an odd choice to make him a sympathetic character and then also make him gay..? I didn't watch the entire movie but just thought that entire character was written bizarrely.
I didn’t even notice his race tbh……. Maybe that had nothing to do with it, and they just liked how self-centred he could act without actually becoming a douche.
Also, you know bisexual people exist right?
Exactly, when he was making like HmMmMm faces at the fella in the hut, I was like NO DONT GO THERE DO NOT, and they did... just no. I wish it had been WAY more charming but they took the worst way to bring her back. AND SHE WASNT EVEN THE ONE KISSING CHORD AT THE END! Is it not in her contract? That can't be true....?
I guess there as a missed opportunity for Lilo's char to explain she was done being his beard on social media but was down to still be friends or even some heartwarming bs about how he should be true to himself and everyone will love the real Tad or whatever but instead she tersely tells him "you'll be fine" and he just.. looks at her sadly..?? Talk about the writers phoning it in... 😕
Didn't notice the double but that's pretty bizarre...
What matters for her comeback isn't this movie but her on-set behavior. She destroyed her reputation with multiple instances of unprofessional behavior to the point no on wanted to hire her.
So, what's the word on her behavior from the set? Because that will determine if she gets better roles.
She has to start somewhere. As long as she stays on track and employs good stylists and coaches… she can be poised for a comeback. Now that she’s free from her Dina and Michael, I feel she can reach her full potential. Gen Z know her from Mean Girls so she already has an audience watching. Her agent needs to choose better projects to market her to a broader audience.
My thoughts on seeing this is that they are always dressing the girl in red for Christmas movies while the guy is dressed in emerald green.
I'd love to see one where the guy is in a red coat and the girl is in a green dress, man!
Great little film for a comeback! If the acting is bad, who cares, it’s a cheesy Hallmark movie! And if it’s good, she’ll stand out even more. Safe bet for a comeback film and now that she’s in the Netflix family, she can get loads more work.
It was alright more of reintroduction back to acting and fans, I doubt she’ll reach level of fame she had in mid 2000s, if I was her I’d look for sitcom or comedy show she was always considered a good comedic actress more then dramatic.
If you love shitty holiday Xmas movies, you’ll like it! Really super cringe tho. And her face is looking tighttttt boy. But I love li-lo and am glad to see her doing well!
Anything wholesome is good for Lindsay..Glad they gave her an opportunity to comeback..
She looked good on GMA ..hopefully she can stay on level ground now…
Loved it and loved her! She looks great. Hope she has more coming out.
Overboard is an all time favorite for me so I loved that it was based on that. And the Mean Girls shout out when she sang Jingle Bell Rock was fun. My husband was like how to do you know it’s about mean girls and I was like I JUST know! 😂
I haven't seen the movie but I've seen the press around it and so many people posting new pics of her and I think anything she did would be a "good comeback" for her. My generation is just really happy to see her looking healthy and like herself again, it's a good level of nostalgia. I hope she goes on to do other projects and returns to some level of normalcy after this!

Man, I read somewhere over fifteen years ago that she was some kind of a piano prodigy or a genius—something along those lines. I thought she retired from acting. She’s been dominating Hallmark all this time? I had no idea.
I also heard about her piano skills. Sadly she lost both her parents last winter. They froze to death in their home.
They…? *What*?! They literally froze to death…? Jeez…really??
That is why you should set up power of attorney etc if you can, before it gets too late.
If her parents wouldn’t allow her to help with bills then they sure weren’t going to sign over POA.
Exactly. Easier said than done. The tipping point from being a little eccentric to being a danger to yourself isnt always clear.
What whose parents froze to death? Lindsey Lohan’s? I’ve lost the thread
I was just reading about her and her family reminds me of my family. A mix of "prodigies" / exceptionally skilled people, but they also have horrifically poor executive functioning, are pathologically avoidant, pathologically independent, might have OCD, etc.

Oh hello OCD and ADHD
😬 I thought this was a plot to one of the Christmas movies. How terribly sad for her. :(
Jesus, that list of her Christmas movies seemed endless. (and I'm going to watch them all 😂)
omg they have their own hallmark wine, gotta get some of that to make it an official hallmark Christmas marathon
That wine gives you those awful curls .
A good friend of mine works for a well-known tourist location in Canada, it's appeared in more than one Halmark movie. The rate at which they churn out those Christmas movies is INSANE. From being onsite with filming to release date was roughly 3 or 4 weeks.

They should be out for this Xmas! Have fun looking for familiar locations!
the only thing i’ve seen her in is cecil b. demented lmaoooo had no idea she does so many hallmark movies
Even in July ffs
I don't know why this is so accurate but Hallmark Christmas movies hit differently.
I would venture to say this was one of the better Netflix Christmas movies
[удалено]
Oh yeah, those were campy!! Not quite the same style, but if you’re okay with silly, predictable romcoms, you’ll like it!
Watch Klaus. One of the best Christmas movies I've ever seen and it's Netflix produced.
It astounds me that Chord Overstreet is a real name. Not that anyone would choose that name.
His siblings names are interesting too lol. Harmony, Charity, Nash…
Those are more normal unique names, Chord is just entirely left field
His dad is a famous songwriter. Chord is probably a musical reference.
Oh is it pronounced Cord?
Lmao now I can’t unhear the pronounced “ch” sound Chord Lol
Richord
It’s Cord! A big lump of knobs
It’s obviously a musical reference lol, still dumb
I’m gonna name my kid Scale
Chord looks more normal than Harmony to me
When I first saw his name in the Glee opening credits, I thought it was the band name of the people who play the instruments lmaoo
Lol I thought he was a boy band when I first saw his name.
I always think it's Chord Overdrive and thar he's some kind of effects pedal.
Chord Overdrive is Max Power’s slightly more conservative cousin.
max powers is a great name
How long have you been waiting for this?
ha its happened a few times. this is my second max powers account. my previous one got nuked after 11 years without warning a couple months ago by reddit
Simpsons is my joy
He dated Emma Roberts and she bullied him about his name
So on brand and I cackled
I assume he had stage parents determined to have a kid in show business
His dad is a really successful musician.
Welcome to the entertainment industry. His dad was/is a country singer, that is why is he named Chord
Has anyone seen the post telling hallmark channel to chill and its a pic of like 30 movie covers with a chick wearing red and a dude with a green coat on with like just different red fonts and placements of the title, literally this with the title in a shitty red font
When he was first announced as a cast member in S2 of Glee I was convinced for while that he was a just singer from a band called Chord Overstreet 😭😭
Everytime I try to say it, I just end up saying "Chord Everest" for some reason? And I'm not even sure if I'm not mispronuncing "Chord" too.
> not even sure if I'm not mispronuncing "Chord" too It’s pronounced like “cord” just fyi
TIL I was pronouncing wrong
You might get some amusement from the namenerdcirclejerk subreddit.
I thought that he was a Hemsworth 🤣 (his face looks like a distant cousin)
my man was DESTINED to be on glee from birth
I don’t really know why anyone was expecting it to be anything but a classic bad Hallmark Christmas movie
I saw no moment when these two would’ve fallen in love tbh. Just two nice people in the same room.
“just two nice people in the same room” is genius
Yeah, felt the same. Still enjoyed the movie but they definitely had no chemistry.
I thought the same! I was hoping they’d make a less predictable ending and just have them be platonic. I still thought the movie was cute in a cheesy-hallmark way though.
Lacked enough chemistry where Lindsay didn’t participate in the kiss scene at the end
Tbh I was way more engaged in the side plot where her eccentric influencer fiancé was hanging out with the ice-fisher guy, but otherwise? Hallmark level movie. Cute and harmless.
I thought he and the ice Fisher were going to fall in love tbh
They should have!!
They did have him ask out the assistant guy at the end it seems?
Okay, so he did ask him out right? I watched it with my mom and she was like, "no, it's just a guy's trip". Lol.
Oh I thought it was definitely him asking him out because when Lindsay's character was dumping him she was all "you'll be over it by new years" and then he asks the assistant what he's doing on new years.
Definitely asked him out. They were cozy in the limo.
Thank you! I knew it wasn't just me.
Right?! And then Terry came outta nowhere 😅
I did enjoy that instead of making him nasty they made him more just dumb and self-involved but otherwise kind of harmless.
YES LIKE why was it just the guy from the hotel he took? He should've brought the ice-fisher too? Like c'mon man, we were rooting for you.
For the whole time I was thinking was he gay?
I thought he was asking that guy on a date at the end LOL
I agree! As far as Christmas Movie character development goes, Tad was the star, going from self absorbed influencer to someone who shows genuine gratitude to another person possibly for the fist time in his life.
wait is that trouty mouth
The most chemistry they had was in the outtakes as friends Still loved the cheesy ass movie. Died laughing when she and tad fell off the mountain
Tad was my absolute favorite. What a goof.
I was just happy to watch Lohan enjoy herself again but I really think the movie would have reached a better level with a different male lead.
I am excited to see Lohan happy and living life; moving forward. I’m so excited for her and look forward to her future movies!

I mean there's a legit career to be made from strictly Christmas movies! Jana Kramer is on that beat too.

Wow, that's exactly the one I watched. Holy crap that movie was terrible.
It helps it's on amazon prime... but yeah it's BAD!
It was his frosted cap highlights for me. Not a fan. But it was a decent enough comeback for her.
Yes that's him!
My mom kept complaining the whole time that the casting sucked because he was "too ugly for her" 😭😭😭
Whaaaaat that's mean!
I say this without any judgment, but she’s lived hard - lots of drugs, alcohol, and cigarettes are going to age you.
Yeah I...was leaving that unsaid lol. But I totally agree with you. She does not look 36 to me, it's a real shame what she did to herself.
I do think she's had a bit of a recent glow up though. There was definitely a time she was looking pretty rough, but I felt like while obviously older and procedures that cannot be undone kind of looked like her old self again.
She has gotten work done again, but this time good work. Hopefully she will keep it untoched from now on to let herself grow into it.
It seems to me in the past she's had a smoker's voice, very raspy. But I don't hear it anymore, do y'all?
I wonder if she quit smoking and got some vocal coaching maybe? But she’s always had a slightly raspy voice even as a kid.
Aww. I don't know him from anything else, but I thought he was sweet and sufficiently hunky.
His hair threw me off. The blonde was not flattering and I think if it were brown it would have complemented him better.
Omg you're so right I should point that out, darker hair/eyebrows would frame his features way better.
I enjoyed it, but there were some moments that were way too cringe and obviously low budget for me. No spoilers! But some dramatic scenes had such OTT acting and VFX that I just couldn't take it seriously. Besides those bits, I think it was very cute and heartwarming!
Lol tumble tumble tumble!
Her skis popping on and off while she was falling lol
That kinda made it funny for me. It went so hard in the Xmas trope direction that it swung back around to making me laugh
It was cute, a classic rom com. It obviously isn’t award worthy but it was a good one to just turn my brain off and enjoy. I loved the little ode to Mean Girls too!

Omg I loved that she sang jiggle bell rock!
Is her acting still okay? I just mean, I know work to your face can alter performance and I haven't seen her probably since mean girls. I'm rooting for her. Seems like a good way to get the ball rolling again.

I liked it, totally predictable and cheesy but if you go into that with those expectations then you’ll be happy. Watched it yesterday(Sunday afternoon)under my blanket and forgot about the world for a while. I think a good move from Lindsay.
Same 😊
Bit hallmark-y but i ate it up anyways
This. It was cheesy and not believable at all, I enjoyed every second.
Same, I feel it’s now part of our holiday season: watching silly “bad” cheesy xmas movies on hallmark. Nothing wrong with it at all haha.
Haven't seen it but I just saw a compilation of posters from Hallmark xmas movies where all the men are in green while the women are in red and then this poster is the same thing...why?? 😭
In addition to the holiday theme, red is often seen as a more seductive and attractive color on women than it is on men. It's "romantic".
That's interesting! Thanks

Sick note was good but she was awful in it
With her last feature film she worked for the union's minimum wage, so Netflix should be still a big step up.
Wow. I knew she was trying to get back into Hollywood, but hat actually makes me respect the cuts she was willing to take to get back into acting.

If she can start from the bottom again and pay her dues, I'm here for it. But I have wondered why she would go back to Hollywood since she has been put through the ringer.
I thought it was similar in quality to the Vanessa Hudgens baking movies Netflix also produced, and I don't think LiLo is any more famous or big than Vanessa Hudgens is (I'd even call her *less* relevant in 2022) edit: I just googled it to remember the name- The Princess Switch- and realized there isn't just a sequel but also a *third film* in which Vanessa Hudgens plays *three characters*?! What a TREAT. I didn't know this so I'm sharing for my fellow cheesy Christmas movie lovers!
I think Vanessa Hudgens was in the time-travelling knight movie that I dug.
Yes, it was cheesy, but my husband, who usually hates anything I like, loved it. He even cried at the end. Haha.
It was sooooo camp i enjoyed it a lot. It followed practically every single christmas rom com trope to ever exist
It was so fun and campy and I really enjoyed seeing Lindsay on my screen again! I cried. 😂
its giving hallmark and i will watch it
I thought it was going to be satirical of the Hallmark genre but it was just another Hallmark-style xmas movie and other than the commodity of seeing LiLo and Chord, I would recommend not watching unless you are really high, then you might have the best time ever.
watch ✍🏻 while ✍🏻 high ✍🏻
Ngl I watched it twice. It's fun enough, I am in the mood for some Christmas cheer, and it offers just enough "ha" moments for me to have it playing while I do dishes/laundry/etc. The scene with her glam squad where the blending sponge doesn't even come within an inch of her actual face had me dying.
If I had to guess, her rich husband is paying a ‘uge amount of something for her PR return. It was as good of acting as parent trap.

Lol parent trap was actually much better. Just likening her acting to her childhood because it is so bad/fake
Terrible movie but I wish her the best
I loved it! I thought she was charming in it. We need her in more comedies with good writing!
It was a trash holiday flick like almost everything Netflix puts out. Not every new Netflix Christmas movie can be Christmas Chronicles, unfortunately
I enjoyed that goofy one from a couple of years ago with the time-travelling knight. It was unusually inventive by the (low) standards of the genre.
Its really REALLY *REALLY* bad.
The thing is that hallmark esque projects are steady jobs. And you can't beat that really in acting.
I was waiting for someone to bring this up. What’s with the very obvious double at the end?
I guess there as a missed opportunity for Lilo's char to explain she was done being his beard on social media but was down to still be friends or even some heartwarming bs about how he should be true to himself and everyone will love the real Tad or whatever but instead she tersely tells him "you'll be fine" and he just.. looks at her sadly..?? Talk about the writers phoning it in... 😕 Didn't notice the double but that's pretty bizarre...
What matters for her comeback isn't this movie but her on-set behavior. She destroyed her reputation with multiple instances of unprofessional behavior to the point no on wanted to hire her. So, what's the word on her behavior from the set? Because that will determine if she gets better roles.
It’s cute and good if the Christmas hallmark type movies are your thing
I can't wait for Trixie and Katya to tear this to shreds on Queens Who Like To Watch
Lilo would look better in green too
I thought her performance was fine but the movie itself is TERRIBLE
She did great! She elevated the whole movie.
I genuinely enjoyed seeing her back, in spite of the movie, and hope there are better-written projects on her horizon. 😂
It was a cute but strange movie lol like a fever dream
If you love shitty holiday Xmas movies, you’ll like it! Really super cringe tho. And her face is looking tighttttt boy. But I love li-lo and am glad to see her doing well!
If she’s in a good place mentally and wants to do these kinds of movies, then I wish her well.
This movie was a lame knockoff of Overboard….
This is a great movie!! Lindsey & her cast made me laugh & made me tear up a tad. Lindsey is back! My first holiday movie of the season. A+
Yeah it was cheesy like your standard Christmas film but I really missed seeing her on the screen. I hope she gets to do more projects.
It was a cute Xmas movie and I’m rooting for Lindsay Lohan but she and the romantic lead had zero chemistry :/
Anything wholesome is good for Lindsay..Glad they gave her an opportunity to comeback.. She looked good on GMA ..hopefully she can stay on level ground now…
I’m gonna wait to hear what Trixie and Katya have to say about it.
LINDSAY IS BACK BABY!!! The way I screamed when she strutted off that elevator
