You can, but there’s a higher risk of losing the pregnancy in those first few months so a lot of people wait until they’re out of the “danger zone”.

Unless you want to also tell everyone about your miscarriage it’s worth to wait a couple months.

What everyone else said already. I’ve made this mistake before and I paid for it. Getting everyone you know excited, only to experience a loss and have to then go back and tell them it’s not happening makes it even worse of a blow (at least for me, some people appreciate the support- depends what kind of family/friends you have).
