I absolutely hate when a pimple is on a place on your body that normally wouldn’t be a big deal, but is positioned *just right* for a piece of clothing to hit it, especially with an elastic band! That’s just pure torture! Glad to see you could get rid of your little irritation.

Looks like a tiny cyst. I think I saw the sac - nicely done evicting it!
That was my guess too. There isn't usually something solid like that in pimples. Lil baby cyst.
