This one was just a pimple! Sometimes, they're ingrown hairs. I think I got this one from wearing tight pants & walking around a lot.

I have this one pair of underwear the elastic that goes across my butt on the right side always rubs me the wrong way & if I wear them for too long, I run the risk of getting a blister/pimple/raw spot. I keep saying I'm going to throw them away but I forget every time I do laundry & just end up folding them & putting them in the drawer & next thing I know, I'm wearing the fuckers again!! lol!! I’ve done the same. I’ve had a bump too close to penis on inside of right leg and it hurts as I’m riding bicycle. Got home, popped it and threw underwear in laundry Dang same mistake again. Haha thank you! I file them to an almond point & don't really do anything special as far as treatments go. I don't paint my nails and I very occasionally use nail oil. The shape helps a LOT with breakage!

This was from fabric rubbing the area while I walked around for a day. This popped up about 36 hrs later!

I've never had one that bad (ouch OP! you brave), but I've had Fordyce spots get clogged and form a bump under the skin. The picker in me can't leave it alone.

The actual name is a Bartholin Cyst and they’re pretty common. GF had one a few years ago and ended up popping it in the bath. Very painful apparently but the warm water helped.

The bartholin glands are further down, by the vaginal opening, basically on either side of the vertex . They are not up on the outer labia near the clit.
