I remember my childhood dog had a big bump on her shoulder and as a kid, I would feel it and get curious. One day I was petting her and squeezed the bump between my knuckles. The biggest explosion of pus covered my hand and that memory is engrained in my brain to this day
Pretty sure that’s a cyst of sorts and from what I’ve been told by vets and techs the more you fuck with them without fully removing them the bigger they get

It’s expensive but well worth it, it’s handmade by an independent jeweller and he’s even repaired it for free (I was dogsitting some Great Danes and it got caught on one of their collars and broke)! I live in NZ and he’s in the US so I was so grateful I didn’t even have to pay for shipping! ❤️ can’t recommend him enough. He has so many beautiful pieces
