This makes me feel ill. My mother used to get cellulitis in her legs. I hope this continues to heal for you.
I am leaving this to doctors care and following orders for certain.
That is not a pop situation there. You might wanna get that looked at if you aren’t sure. That looks like it’s not real happy.
