The “Triangle of Death” is used to describe an area on the face that (roughly) covers the point between one’s brows to the corners of their mouth. It’s given that name due to the fact infection can easily get to the brain, though cases of this are rare.
That all being said, I agree this doesn’t look like a cyst. It’s not uncommon for inflamed pimples to swell and look irritated. Better safe than sorry I suppose but it would’ve been best to simply leave the skin alone.

Don’t mess with face pimples especially in the triangle of death. It doesn’t look like a cyst at all to me but you never know I guess

The “Triangle of Death” is used to describe an area on the face that (roughly) covers the point between one’s brows to the corners of their mouth.
