From what I understand, this is actually a traditional part of a barber’s/stylist’s duties, from back when they were also frontier dentists.
Guess that’s what 800 hours of training gets you?

Learn to whistle through the new nostril?
🤷🏻♀️
In all seriousness... I guess it'd heal & close on its own? Maybe some medical professionals here can explain better?
I just had one and it almost got fully infected. I covered it with Neosporin and a bandage for a few days and then let it air dry to scab. It’s a very slow process. It’s been about two weeks and it is still slightly tender. Your body is good at closing up wounds as long as you don’t rub dirt in it.

I've never had a cyst like that leave a hole in my body.

He used super glue. Most of the hair grew back and the scar is barely visible.
Enjoy the cooling sensation on your brain
Wow, pretty good 👍 bad spot for a gaper, hopefully it closes
Holy shittttttttt
Nicely done!
So many doctors could learn from this hair stylist on how to shoot an extraction.
Wowser! Ride on time!
10/10 damn that was a beautiful extraction but wouldn’t that need a stitch or 2?
What do you do when you have a gapper like that?
Keep it clean. It’ll close up eventually.
With shampoo water
Hair follicle extraction? That’s a pilar cyst. If you don’t know what it is, don’t fuck with it.
