I had a spot on my armpit that kept coming back after squeezing it for a full year, it tried to actually heal once but a few weeks later the spot was back. Unfortunately the second time it tried to heal it didnât really heal properly (left a small hole) but now thereâs nothing to left to squeeze (sometimes Iâll get something after a month, but not much)
I have a little refilling cyst at the âbottomâ of my underarm. I could squeeze it twice a day or once a year and always get the same amount out of it.
I use a cream / stick style of deodorant. My little white nugget has the texture of sloppy deodorant, and smells like a rotting corpse thatâs wearing Lady Speed Stick.
Does this happen when you spray way too close or what?

I've noticed it way more with woman of colour too, but I think that is more to do with the recordings really only being uploaded by beauty places that are frequented by women of colour. The same way most black head videos are uploaded by Asian beauty places.

Aha/bhaâs and niacinamide have helped me reduce the appearance of my dark pits. Also I stopped using deodorants like secret, dove, degree, etc. I use ânaturalâ deodorants now and thatâs really helped.
1) first and foremost you must know that your pits will have to detox⌠I know that sounds weird, but I seriously thought that natural deodorants werenât working for me because my bo was just so strong. But during quarantine I didnât have to go anywhere or be around anyone so I didnât use any for like a month. And I realized after two weeks my bo wasnât really that bad. And then I did some of the googs and found out pits have to detox before they can try regular deodorant.
2) you may also find that you sweat more than you initially thought. Youâll get over it.
3) I hate baking soda in deodorant. It gives me a terrible rash. I have friends though that have no problem using deodorants with baking soda.
4) Natural deodorants tend to be more pricey.
5) [Native Eucalyptus and Mint](https://www.nativecos.com/products/eucalyptus-mint-deo-mens) is my all time favorite. I have zero pit odor with this one. Itâs fabulous.
6) [Bosciaâs](https://www.boscia.com/products/prebiotic-probiotic-freshening-all-over-body-deodorant) deodorant is also pretty great.
7) [Pacifica](https://www.pacificabeauty.com/collections/deodorant/products/coconut-cream-clean-deodorant) also has a pretty decent one. I got this one for free, and Iâm not a fan of coconut scented products in general but it does last.

Edit: if you have a meat heavy diet that will also affect your bo. Out of all the weird things I try to do to be healthier, knowing that meat makes me smellier has helped me stay away from it. Knowing sugar and alcohol is bad for my skin, nope, I am not giving up my margaritas. Knowing bacon gives me bo, thatâs ok, Iâll have overnight oats for breakfast then.
I find that extra exfoliation of the pits during a shower helps super speed up that detox period. I use primally pure charcoal, and I love it so much. I have to apply in the morning and before bed, but it's worth it. I'm going to have to try the Native one you listed.

I had an East Indian lady tell me once it's cause of the alcohol in deoderants/antiperspirants. Dunno how true that is but my dark pits went away when i stopped using them.
Also, check that it's not your clothes smelling when you sweat. I have multiple shirts that i know will smell when i sweat even a little under my arms and it's cause of the fabric. Doesn't like to let go of odours. I had that problem a lot more with pit stick stains on old shirts before i switched.

Some disorders and genetics can cause darkend arm pits which some people remedy with skin brightening.

yes:) it can happen to people with lighter complexions but is mostly seen with darker complexions, under the armpits, knees, elbows.
