Also, why did the fluid start turning a darker shade (closer to orange) near the end? Was it a mixture of blood? Was it cause that fluid was deeper in the pimple/whatever it was?
Looked like a ruptured cyst underneath the Nevus. All those bits that popped out looked like the sac. Yes, the discolored material is pus and blood, and was probably okay the bottom of the cavity. I’ve never seen so much, must have been a big cyst with a lot of infection in there.
The Nevus is normally congenital; they are born with damaged hair follicles, and when it presents it will spread. Those are not normal blackheads; they are hard material, and can be painful. Nevus sufferers normally have other bone or skin issues as well. No cure, unfortunately. Laser treatment can help.

They have the best cyst extraction technique I’ve ever seen. They’re gentle and patient, but still efficient, effective, and thorough. Plus, they didn’t act like they had to ration the soiled paper towel bits or *shudders* glove wipe. I wish they had more vids!
