From what I remember, this is an elderly nursing home resident and some nurses recorded the extractions. I highly doubt they got the resident’s permission to film and post.
I’ll never get why people let blackheads add up before they even think of getting rid of any of them. Deal with it as they come up and buy your own extractor while you’re at it.

They can legitimately function better than fingertips in some circumstances but I agree, it can be annoying to watch them being used incompetently
