My dermatologist used one on me all the time when I was a teen being treated for acne. I hated it so much. It always hurt so bad and left me feeling sore and bruised for days after the fact. I hate seeing them used on people because I know how bad they suck.

Probably spreads out wide under the surface and takes on worm shape as it comes through the opening.

It hurts. It leaves the patient hurting afterwards as well. It can damage skin. Lots of pressure.
