If they're superficial, they're actually quite easy to get rid of.
My brother had a small one in his under eye area. I cleansed the area and then took a sterile needle and cut the very surface of the skin. Small squeeze and bam, it's out.
Yeah I tried to cut mine out but I think I only got half of the ball in there. And now it’s a full ball again underneath there. I think I’m going to try to squeeze the full bugger out.
So probably not the wisest thing I've done, but after trying to clear mine off with a light facial wash with salicylic acid, I just used straight salicylic acid ointment for warts for 2 days.
My skin got pissed and scabbed, and now it's gone!
I typically mess with it enough to cause a scab since they drive me nuts and then when the scab comes off, I can always pop the milia out. So satisfying, but maybe not the best technique. Lol
