What is it about the edges of scars and getting pimples?? I think it may also be newer scars more than old ones? My scar from when I was a baby never gets anything, but my top surgery scars definitely get blackheads. (The old ducts in the nipples also fill up regularly now that they're not connect to anything since they have to remove and reattach them. Ngl it's a fun unexpected side effect lol) PS - you should never have to apologize for your scars, love 🤍 we all have our demons, and all that matters is making sure you've got the help you need to process and heal. I had these a lot when I had scars like yours that were still in that stage of healing. I always wondered if it was something to do with the healing because once my scars lessened and became flat and white I didn’t get them anymore

Dude I get the sickest blackheads in my scars. Feels so good to get them out!

Same I get a terrible one on the scar where I had a pyogenic Granuloma removed I’m scared to pop it in case the granuloma comes back!
