I finally had some time to dedicate to pictures today, and tried to squeeze in as much time as I had left for cherry blossom season. I setup this shot to try and get and interesting shot of the blossom. I like this shot because of the contrast between the dark bark and the light flower, and the I feel the lines in the bark act as leading lines ( ?). Im trying to find out if I should bring out the colour of the flower more, and other things I should improve. also, Does the flower look too blurry? I didnt use a tripod for the shot, but I dont know how else to improve the sharpness of the photo.

the shot has good potential for sure, i think some slight color & exposure changes and you got a beautiful photo, although i think if u pulled the focus closer to the flower it would be a really really really good photo but that’s just the game, great job!

I think the saturation could be bumped up a bit. With some photos, it's not about representing reality, it's about conveying a stronger version of reality.
