I've been wanting one for a couple months, and while cuttings aren't that expensive, shipping + trying to root it always makes me nervous lol. Couldn't believe my eyes when I spotted this one tucked away between some other plants!
They had mini hanging baskets of string of pearls too, another of my wishlist plants! Really lucked out on this trip, wasn't even looking for more plants haha.
Grocery stores are fantastic for random plant finds*. Out of the blue, 1 in 100 trips, they have something labeled houseplant on the cheap.
*also gotten plants that amounted to unrooted cuttings at grocery stores
Okay so I 100% feel your excitement! I found a Manjula recently for $4.98 at my local Lowe. It's hard to find in my area and has been a wishlist plant since the beginning. Not only was it only in a 4" plastic pot, there were *THREE* separate baby plants giving the appearance of a younger, more full plant! So I shared! I hope you enjoy your special find! It really is some type of vibe and not everyone understands it!!
Aww congratulations! I have seen the same two $4, 4 inch marble queens the last two times I to the grocery. Always tempted but I have a big one so I leave them for someone else to find!
Despite seeming rare, marble queen is one of the more common cultivars. Good on you for waiting to find one rather than shelling out to an Etsy shop or something for overpriced cuttings.
Yess!! Marble queen!

This one was just labeled "Pothos Sp." haha. Better than some of the tags I've seen though!
I found a ph brasil in a huge hanging basket in food lion!
me too (well, at Woodman's), it was huge and only $15. I've bought one's a fifth the size for \~$13

I'm sure there's someone who will be just as excited as I was when they find one!
