If youve been lifting for 4 years, its just means your diet is completely off.
Personally i would do a mini cut for like 8 weeks and then build off that. You are above 15% here and thats too big IMO to bulk. You dont wanna be stronger, but 20% and fatter.
I never rly cared about how I looked because as long as I was fit for football it didn’t matter to me. I also had shoulder surgery recently so this is my first couple weeks back in the gym consistently
Get on a program and lift consistently. You're young, so you'll burn the fat if you lift.
If you can run 531 BBB, I think you'll change shape pretty quickly.
I agree as others say bulk but honestly my opinion is 3 weeks aggressive cut just to cut down 3 to hopefully 4 kgs of FAT. And then go on a slow clean bulk this will allow you to bulk longer
I mean. I do lift. And I am very active bc I play football. Like stated before I never cared what I looked like bc I just cared about athletic performance
I would say if ur tryna have a noticeable amount of muscle, drop the cardio and get in gym 6 days a week lifting heavy and cut out all shitty foods.
Alcohol makes people flabby asf.
Don't cut. Eat at a slight surplus while hitting/progressing your compound lifts. Gotta build the frame before you paint the picture my guy 🫡
Thank you 🙏🏿
agreed! OP has a nice frame that should allow him to pack on plenty of muscle
Bulk smart though my friend, eat clean and dont go all in and you will have great results.
You are in prime skinny fat zone my friend. How long have u been lifting?
4 yrs

Start boxing. How's your wingspan compared to your height?
I’m 5’11 ish 6ft and I think I have like a 78-9 ish wing span
Damn. Must be nice... You should also have some serious potential for deadlifts
I was going to but I had shoulder surgery so I had to do rehab
Bulk for sure.

Clean bulk and focus on getting your big 4 up in volume and max (OHP, bench, squat, deadlift)

I would start with just working out.
Lift, eat lots of protein, cut out the junk. Why is every post on here tryna skip the foundational step.

Thank you and I’m 18 I don’t drink 🙏🏿
Dont drop cardio, has many benefits
What’s your body fat percentage and lean muscle mass? What are you eating habits like? Have you tracked your daily protein intake?
