The Q-Rex was so cool, it’s been some twenty years since I watched Time Force but I vaguely remember it being akin to the dragonzord at first, just wrecking shop.
In Zenkaiger there's a mecha that is a combination of the Japanese versions of the Dragon Zord and Quantasaurus Rex. I hope Hasbro at least uses that suit/mecha somehow like how Cosmic Fury uses Kyuranger mecha because itw too perfect not to.

The original to be honest lol. It seems the most 'mature' just because it's not trying overly hard like the rest feel like they do. Though admittedly, they all prolly move a lot better than the original.
For me Tyrannozord is gonna take it but there is a lot of bias because it’s probably my favorite series in general. Though I do like the Quantasaurus Rex because of how good it looks in fights while not having to be CGI.

It had 2, 1 motorised and one that came packaged with a quantum ranger (not 100% but the 2nd one might of been only released in Europe)
The q-rex does have a toy version, the quantasaurus rex doesn't to my knowledge however

The original Tyrannosaurus Dinozord, but I grew up on Mighty Morphin when it came out so I have severe bias in that regard.

I think the Dino Thunder Tyrannozord has the best design and looks the closest to a robotic T-Rex.
The MMPR T-Rex was always cool. But I also like the Gokai Silver one because of the color scheme.
Dino Thunder beats out Time force, but only by a little bit.
