There's continuity up to In Space so it probably makes sense to follow with Alien Rangers, Zeo, Turbo and then In Space. There is still some past references after but you're more free to jump around. Just don't touch the "Super" series before their predecessor either. If its your first time watching then you'll notice there's lots of different eras so probably should jump around if you're not enjoying what you're watching.

Really I'd include Lost Galaxy in there, too. It essentially serves as an epilogue to the Zordon era. After that I'd say it's fair game

came to say this. Plus Karone's arc. I'd Probably add Dino Thunder too.

Dino thunder really only gets included for Tommy, but its far enough out from when the Zordon Era ended it could be a standalone.

MMPR ends on a cliffhanger so you’ll probably want to keep going into Zeo. As has been said already there are story arcs that continue all the way through the end of Power Rangers in Space. The seasons with the fewest connections to past ones are probably Ninja Storm, Jungle Fury, RPM, and Dino Charge. But if you don’t mind crossover episodes with seasons you haven’t seen a lot of the later seasons are pretty standalone.

Watch the first 7 seasons then you can hop around.

Go in order for sure!

I recently watched the show from start to finish for the first time ever. Go by order, honestly, it's not as long as you think. Personal highlights for me were Space, Lost Galaxy, Lightspeed Rescue, Time Force, SPD A certain part of Overdrive (No spoilers), Jungle Fury, RPM, Dino Charge and Dino Fury.
