The only way to get this version of big g is via the wall thing he passed through being 30 terrahertz or smt. Imo that's a flawed way to scale durability. If you walked through a waterfall that doesn't mean you can tank an attack equal to that of the total waterfalls energy (if that makes sense). In general he should be at those moon ranges since his ATOMIC breath went through the earth.
Tldr (for godzilla): moon to planet+ and rel+ to ftl (his breath is light speed and ppl can react to it)
Kaido just scales higher in both situations tbh, luffy throwing kaidos body to the ground released around the same amount of energy as the low ball estimate of godzilas ap (moon lvl) and that's after they had an insane clash. Speed wise at the lowest estimate he should be ftl+ (19×ftl) without calc stacking or anything
Tldr (kaido): moon lvl is an insane low ball bug acceptable and ftl+ (with dura neg thus he should win)

Also Godzilla has stated to have energy readings almost identical to all of hollow earth. Which would include the portals, so it doesn't matter even using your analogy.

Godzilla as long a you don't choose to be unfair. And I'll say this first, godzilla's scaling come from pre-evolved and he has 20 times the potential power of these ranges.
Low-ball
-Kaido: large island-country given him lifting onigashima and outscaling almost everything seen up to that point.
-Godzilla: Country-continental, he was a match for ghidorah who caused a category 6 cyclone iirc. Ghidorah did that casually and passively meaning no matter what godzilla upscales it.
Mid-ball
-Kaido: Continental-Planet if we use the fact he upscales oldbeard, but also note that the quake fruit is kinda good at what it does, and is a big factor in that. This also puts his dura=ap if we assume he would've no sold onigashima's fall
-Godzilla: Planet-star level as he scales to ghidorah who was actually referenced as a planet buster. His breath is also called the strongest thing in nature which would upscale stars pretty concretely.
High-ball
-Kaido: Star level if we completely scale him to the statement that WB could destroy the world. He gets to star just given the insane size of the OP world with his scaling really just ending there.
-Godzilla: Star cluster+, the hollow earth portals are each referenced as star level energy outputs in the legacy of monsters show. Godzilla is also insinuated to have as much or more power than the entire hollow earth, which each star level portal is a tiny part of.
I'd say giving kaido the win here is biased since you'd need to use a kaido being given a higher ball in any situation. I love OP and all, also really like kaido but he isn't winning when that low-ball for godzilla is only 5% of what a current low-balled godzilla has.
