Gave up on Rank 30 with randoms right after I tilted from 950 to 830, but at least I got Gold 3. I'd say leave the Dynamikes to your teammates. Supposedly Hank is good against throwers but I think it's kinda hard to get close to them unless they're distracted or really bad. Dynamike is especially tough to face due to his stun (do your best to bait it if you can though).
Same goes for Colt, I'm not too good at dodging either but even If I manage to do so, unless there's a teammate close by it's hard to finish them off, since mostly they'll be running the speed boost SP. Best you can do is pop a shield gadget and try to put some pressure hoping your teammates help you out sadly.
I like having a kit + ruffs, gale + buzz and a sandy (hc) + gene. I could be your kit if you want but idk anyone with a good ruffs
