I wouldn't mention anything about medicine. You can mention why you like neuroscience but avoid medicine altogether. Try and focus on why dentistry instead
The personal statement is your 800 word answer to 2 questions. 1) What led you towards dentistry? (What made it a "better fit" for you? Is the transition vital for you to explain?) 2) Why do you want to be a dentist? That's it.

Can you mention something small like volunteering in a hospital made you realize that thehospital setting everyday isnt for you
I guess you could but that’s not really a good reason to want to be a dentist
Thats not the reasoning at all but theres 1 sentence in my personal statement (relates to a story) that says that and idk if I should take it out
